Room was clean and quite big compared with other hotel of the same rating.  Breakfast was good enough.  Surrounding well served for every purpose.

Beware if you stay here. The majority of our stay was just fine. We like Home2s and this was the same as usual. We had to check out early Sunday morning due to my daughter's early tennis match. We left got checked out, played her tennis matches and drove home that night. While unpacking I realized that my electric toothbrush and jewelry case were missing. We immediately called the hotel and spoke with a nice lady at the front desk that I had forgotten these two items. She said that they found my toothbrush but there was no sign of my jewelry case. She said she would have the house keeping executive director call me the next day. I waited the next day finally called again when I didn't receive a call back and spoke with a nice gentleman who told me the same thing. We found your toothbrush no jewelry. But again told me someone would call me back. So the third day still didn't receive a call so I called again. Spoke to the same gentleman who again was very nice and he asked if I would like the GM to call me. I received a call from Patric Wilson the GM this afternoon. He wouldn't let me get a word in edge wise. Instead of being compassionate and empathetic he was very defensive and said I was accusing his housekeepers of stealing my jewelry. There was absolutely ZERO customer service from him at all. He kept saying that this was on me and that they are not responsible for lost or stolen items. I never once said it was their fault, of course me leaving them is on me but I would hope that people are honest and would turn something like that in. Anyway, I told him I would be leaving him a review and he said go right ahead. From previous comments it looks like he has a running record of horrible customer service. So if you see the GM walking around with a bunch of diamonds on... you know where he got them!

I thought the room was great! The beds and pillows were very comfortable and i slept well. The room was quiet, and we turned the a/c fan on and that blocked any outside noise, which was awesome, even though it is a generally quiet neighborhood at night. There was a fully-equipped kitchenette, which was very cool, although we mostly just used the fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker, but there was a dishwasher if we had needed it. There was a super desk area if needed. There were several lamps for plenty of light. Since there were just two of us, we each got our own bed, and still had a couch to sit on (the room could sleep up to six people). The bathroom was on the small side, but had all the necessities, and we didnt go there to hang out in the bathroom anyway. We didn't a chance to try out the pool. The included breakfast had several options each morning, which was nice, and it was open until 10, so we night owls could get down there before it closed. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Las Vegas, and probably bring more family members along! This stay was super nice!

Home2 suites is the perfect family hotel. Rooms are big and have great amenities if are traveling with kids. Will definitely stay here again next time we drive through Las Vegas.

Great hotel hard pass on the sliding bathroom door Great hotel. We never really understand the reason for a sliding bathroom door with no way to lock it. With a family of 5, it's very inconvenient. Very nice hotel, and room. But if we knew about the sliding bathroom door before hand. We would've pass it up.
