When booking in advance, I asked for a quiet high floor. When I arrived, the room I was given was on the first floor next to the parking lot. After asking the front desk, I was given a high floor but it was facing the road and was very noisy. The service was really bad.

The hotel is located about ten minutes' drive from the center of Las Vegas, which is more convenient. It has all the facilities and equipment that a downtown hotel should have. Hotels in the city center have to wait in line for a long time to check in, and many times they can't get a room until three o'clock in the afternoon and have to wait for text message notifications. We booked this hotel for CES, which is a bit far from the exhibition hall. The taxi cost more than $40 one way, and the hotel added $80 to upgrade to a larger room. There is a ** with a restaurant and Starbucks downstairs, which is quite convenient.
