Our stay was very basic, especially considering the hefty resort fee for minimal amenities. We repeatedly requested housekeeping more than 24 hours in advance, both in person and by phone, yet the front desk claimed no request was made on three separate occasions. When housekeeping finally did arrive, they failed to refill shower products, requiring us to call multiple times and wait over an hour for body wash. Additionally, the bathtub had several cracks.

Me and my family loved the experience staying in this hotel, Service was really good. Everyone was so nice and very professional. We loved that our room was clean and had everything we needed. You just gotta have a kitchen when you stay with your family. Make breakfast, text the valet, and get my car right away headed to the Grand Canyon. It's very close to the 215 and the strip. The view was amazing on the 18 floor of the strip. The only downside is that the kids' water playground was closed. Price location clean and family friendly definitely will stay here again.

Really easy check in process, very welcoming and helpful. Room was lovely 😊 Pool and Spa was great, slightly heated which was nice. Free Laundry rooms. I liked also having a small kitchen, was very handy. Rooms cleaned daily! Beautiful views. The elevators have a mind of their own lol but it’s a good conversation starter with other hotel guests. Overall we would defs recommend to others and be back again!!

Good location, good service, early checkout time though

Great hotel with great value. If you are traveling in a big group I highly recommend it! I enjoyed staying there. However, I had problem with the 3rd party reservation, but I got my money back in 2 weeks. But it was annoying that they charge me again and not giving it back to me for 2 weeks.

The location is okay~ It seems easy to walk when going to the cashier or going on a hotel tour~ However, you have to take Uber to the Sphere area ㅠ And you have to ask for a separate invoice when paying and check the payment amount! I thought it was a deposit, but it seemed like the accommodation was double-paid, so I talked to them in the lobby, but they didn't seem to know much about Trip.com prepayment. I called here and there to get the accommodation fee deducted, but it took a long time. But other than that, everything was convenient. The Cosmopolitan fountain view was good, but personally, I liked the airport view and the Hilton Tower view across from the Hilton, and the airplanes taking off and landing at the airport were pretty, and I was able to see the sunrise, which was better.

The room is large and fully functional. The location is quite convenient. The front desk will provide mineral water tomorrow. Water is very important in this arid area.

The hotel itself was in a good location and was quiet. I only stayed there for a short time as I was just taking a nap, so I don't know the details... The problem was that I ended up paying the accommodation fee that I had paid in advance on trip.com again. This was also done without any confirmation, and was done automatically using the card I registered at check-in. I had personally set up a card usage notification, so this seemed strange and I spoke to the front desk, who canceled the transaction, but I had read other people's reviews about double payments so I immediately noticed something was wrong, and I think it's something to be careful of.

The room is not big, but the price is quite expensive, similar to other hotels. There is no breakfast, there is only a trash can in the bathroom, and I even saw cockroaches...
