0 hospitality should be ashamed of themselves. Another company that does not care about the consumer , I had to cancel my reservation a week ahead of the date and they wouldn’t refund. The GM lost his touch with the people who are the ones who keep him employed . Should not even be in question a week out to give back the money.

Five stars for this wonderful hotel. Friendly helpful staff, impeccably clean and well appointed rooms, fantastic breakfast, beautiful pool and outdoor sitting area, great location. A special shout out to Jonathan at the front desk who was amazing and made us feel right at home away from home! Highly recommend staying here when visiting Vegas!

This hotel was very clean- I noticed how clean it looked and smelled as soon as I walked into the room. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels provided. Very quiet as well. The complimentary breakfast was good with plenty of variety. Would definitely stay here again.

There was renovation work in first floor areas during our stay. The business area was not available for us to print our boarding passes. During our stay, both restrooms on the first floor were closed one morning, causing inconvenience. The breakfast was mediocre, with limited vegetarian options. Electronic mail sent to the front desk staff with attachments arrived at the front desk without the attachments. I had to give the front desk staff our airline reservation information in order for them to print our boarding passes. Maintenance issues in our room that we reported were not addressed during our stay.

From check in with the smiling Adriana and Dulce, this hotel checks all the boxes. The first surprise was text from both of them making sure our room was OK and that everything met our expectations. The bed and pillows were perfect. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff were friendly and constantly on their toes. Breakfast with Gabby and Diana was perfect. I watched them make sure everything was replaced constantly. They were constantly watching that as soon as it got low coffee was full n hot. You could not find a crumb if you wanted to. I even saw Gabby watering the plants outside when nothing else needed attention,that kind of an employee is unusual these days. All in all, we will be back if we ever need to come this way again. Also a big plus is it is just a mile or so from a big hospital for people that need to stay for that reason.

i stayed 3 nights in April 2025 during my recent business trip. My room number was 303. The room phone did not work at all during the stay and refrigerator was out of order for a day until replacement was made next day. In addition, hot shower was nonexistent and not possible at night. It was too cold during entire stay at night. I reached out to GM Jay and emailed for service credit for all these troubles but he failed to respond and simply ignored. I did not feel any Hilton level of service at this property during my stay or after my stay.
