Hampton Inn & Suites Las Vegas-Red Rock/Summerlin

My wife and I spent one night at Hampton Inn Las-Vegas Red Rock. The hotel is conveniently located for sightseeing and exploring the area, particularly the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. Our room with a king-sized bed was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with an en-suite bathroom with a large separate shower. The room had all the necessary amenities, including, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The complimentary buffet breakfasts were delicious with an extensive and varied selection of food. During our stay, all the staff were extremely courteous, attentive, efficient, and friendly. There was also plenty safe and secure free parking on-site. Overall, it was another excellent stay at a Hilton hotel.

This is a nice property, located right off I-215 about 15 minutes west of the *****. We got a king suite, which included a sofa bed, fridge and microwave. The room was spacious and even with the sofa bed pulled out we didn't feel like we were right on top of each other. The staff was nice and the breakfast was good. It should be noted that the type of room we got has a room with the toilet and shower and the vanity is in the common area. It's hard for a person to get ready and allow others to sleep in this situation, and some people might not prefer this set up. There is something that prevented this from being a 5 star stay and that is cleanliness. Our room itself was very clean, but there were stains on the couch. Every common area was dirty, with stains on the carpet and furniture. The elevators had debris in every corner and the carpets in the hallways were black. I don't think the hallways had even been vacuumed, as the same food debris (corn nuts) were on the floor in the hall both nights we stayed. Even outside there was an excess of garbage lining the property. I am sure this is a high traffic location and it might be hard to keep up with the volume of guests, but all of the common area looked like they could use a good deep cleaning.

Breakfast was well below average. A/C system was WAY too loud, really below average for a hotel of this size and age, Room smelled like lemon, like they were trying to cover up smoke smell from previous guest. Sorry, will not return to this location.

Super nice hotel with Red Rock Canyon views and faraway views of the Vegas *****. They had lots of parking and a number of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was clean, with friendly staff. They also had a free breakfast that included eggs and sausage, and a multitude of other items. Rooms are spacious with all the necessary items, yes, including a fridge! Will return. Highly recommend.

Was a topical Hampton Inn property. Detail finish was not great. Floor was not completely level and transitions were not as expected. Exterior had lots of drive and could not use roll aboard suitcases on the outside of the property. Breakfast food offering was poor.

I was on a business trip and stayed here, then WiFi was down for 4 days! Then I requested to refund for the rest days in my booking and the front desk manager refused it, which totally doesn’t make sense. If you advertised having WiFi then
