This was a nice stay. I was a little frustrated finding a place to park my van and then finding the check-in counter. Once I found my room and settled in I started to like the property.
I will stay here again if the price is good.

We checked in this hotel to play golf tournament at the nearby golf course. We stayed 5 nights and 3 nights individually with 2 rooms. My room was not having any room services to clean rooms for 3 days. When I complained Front desk they said I have to request room clean services if I need someone clean the room. I never heard of it that I have to request room service on daily basis. Another room was not services for one day. Till we went back hotel and noted no services were made on our room no clean towels no make beds. We were so frustrated and spoke with the Management Manager as she told me the same we have to request if to clean room.
I will never stay in this hotel !

This is your place to come if you need to rest, relax and to recharge your batteries. This Hotel is Great! The staff from the Groundskeeper, to housekeeping, reception staff all the way up the ladder are very friendly and Helpful. We had a few minor incidents and when I spoke with Mary Valenzuela the Assistant Manager she was more than happy to correct the issue and make it right. We used to go to the Las Vegas ***** and stay but no more. The place is our NEW home away from home. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff go above and beyond to make sure the rooms are clean and comfortable for your stay here. They have a nice gift shop that serves Starbucks coffee and other accessories in case you forgot to bring something. The restaurant and bar serves good food and beverages and again the staff is very friendly. They treat you like family here. Don’t take my word for it, come here yourself and give them a try, you will not be disappointed!

Nice hotel with some disadvantages 1. pool closes at 6: pm, absolutely no go for a „resort“ ( everybody likes to go for sightseening the day and relax at the pool in the evening! What a strange idea to close it so early!) 2. we had a room at the 8. floor under the roof and it was little noisy (for sich an expensive room no go number two) For the rest: nice hotel with very good service, good breakfast and dinner and a funny corny hotel complex (for the ones who like). We wouldn‘t stay here again because of 1.

This is our second time here at this lovely Resort. Our first visit was a year ago this week to attend a Military Funeral for my brother-in-law. The front desk staff at that time was so moved by the reason for our visit, that she thanked us for being a Diamond member; she gave us an upgraded room with such a peaceful view, that it gave calm during our circumstances! Well, we are back this week to go visit his burial site, as it is now completed, displaying his Military contributions! When I called the Resort to see if there was any possibility of us having the specific room we stayed this time last year, as it holds calming memories for us. The smiling voice front desk young lady was Liberty. She took the time to do some research, and told me that she was able to change our room to the one we stayed last year! She told us if we needed anything else to make our stay comfortable, to let her know. Liberty exudes professional, courteous, and pleasant Customer service!! She is truly a "picture' of Great Customer Satisfaction!!!! Thanks Liberty !!!! I would also like to mention Guy, and Orlando at the Firenze Lounge, and Sara in the Restaurant downstairs.The two Gentlemen, and young Lady take so much pride, and joy serving their guests! Also, Bo, the Doorman/Shuttle driver helped so much doing our stay! Lastly, I like to thank Keena at the front desk, who , like Liberty helped us with tremendously upon arrival, and checked in with us via messaging to ensure we were taken care of. This place has the absolute best staff ever!!

This place is beautiful! It’s about a 25-30 minute drive from the *****. It’s about 30 minutes to the Hoover Dam and 40 minutes or so to Red Rock Canyon. The staff was awesome, breakfast was delicious at the Medici Cafe, the entire property and village is just so cool, convenient, and peaceful. You don’t feel like you’re in Vegas at all. I’m sure this place is more lively during the busy season, but I’d enjoy staying here during any season. I was intrigued watching the bats fly around the Ponte Vecchio bridge at night. The room was so comfortable, clean, and spacious. Parking in the structure was a breeze and totally accessible to the hotel from the 3rd floor. Didn’t feel the need for Valet. Enjoyed our balcony view. I will stay here any chance I get when visiting Las Vegas.

We arrived 10 minutes before our before our check in and said the room was not ready to wait 15 minutes and 30 minutes passed and nothing no rooms we wanted to check out and hour late for this and they said no . Its a steal from you don’t come here
