位置離*****有點遠,打車大概20刀。房間設施很豪華,有單獨的衣帽間和超大浴缸。游泳池在維修沒有開放。服務人員很友好耐心。

先説好的:陽台外風景很好。工作人員態度很好。 接下來全是壞的。我真的從來沒見過硬件如此糟糕的五星酒店。從剛進入房間開始,房間就瀰漫著一股下水道的味道。洗澡的時候水壓小就算了,重點是沒熱水啊!!!11月份的沙漠的晚上沒熱水,又沒手持的花灑,這涼涼的“温水”從頭上澆下來,真的把我給凍清醒了。然後洗完準備吹頭,吹風機上還沾着一大坨之前住客留下的頭髮... 晚上這陽台的風吧 還漏進來~再加上洗澡的冷水~吃西北風大概就是這感受吧~ 總之這酒店除了清凈、離redrock近、工作人員熱情好客以外都很像夢迴初中軍訓的感覺...。

Robbed in room - My nephew had his nice peak design backpack with college notes, macbook pro and airpods max headphones stolen from his room while we were attending the wedding we were there for. On contacting security they refused to access video cam footage though they have cameras on the corridors every few feet. So not at all happy with the hotels response on this. The hotel itself is lovely and we saw a half dozen wedding parties enjoying the beautiful grounds and setting.

Beautiful resort and central to my travel plans . Staff all very cordial and helpful. An oasis with all the water , landscaping and small waterfalls throughout the property . Would come back !

I attended a conference at the hotel, was truly impressed with the facilities and the grounds. The ride share driver was a little confused with the drop off, but got to the right place. Staff friends, large comfortable room overlooking the inner courtyard and ******. The room was great, large shower, comfortable bed, no desk but a table that worked great. The conference center was on the other side of the ****** from the spa tower, most of the restaurants were off the ****** as well. Conference center was great, ample meeting rooms, good AV, good temperature, good food. No complaints. The Zen Garden was nice for a short walk. I really enjoyed my stay.

The first time I was going to stay at this hotel and is going to be the last one!! when I arrived Roseann told me that I was going to be in the same building with my family but never told me that I was not going to have what I paid the reservation for what I paid I paid for a king room and they gave me a double queen… cherry and Roseann are the person who were attending me, When I came back to the front desk asking for my change they told me that they couldn’t give it to me and also Roseanne told me “I told you when you arrive”… sorry but I do not remenver I am not responsable if no one of your personal speaks Spanish and I have to do it in English, also if you know Roseanne you will know that you don’t understand very well when she speaks I am really upset because no one told me that I was not going to receive what I paid for but also the disappointment when I entered too tired to the room and see two beds, also I want to mention that they don’t have customer service skills. I was looking for a JW Marriott experience however it was a different experience and uncomfortable experience because tomorrow I will have to pack again and move to another room... everything is happenning at 1:30am on September 13, 2025 The worst is that if I want to have the room for what I paid I have to wait one night because they don’t have available rooms of What I reserved. How is possible that JW Marriott doesn’t have it under control the booking??? I don’t recommend this place. It was a really disgusting experience. I had to ask CHERRY three times the same question… how do you feel when you arrive and you don’t receive what you paid? Or how do you feel when you are in a family trip and you want to give them rooms in different buildings and you book in the same building ??? Never never answer my questions so for me if she is the person in charge, she has a lot of problems to resolve the challenges and the issues. PS the room for one night had hair from another woman on the floor (like in the photo) and the doors balcony does not work properly
