Not a wonderful experience. Hotel is run down and not clean. **** stains remains in toilet bowl and no house cleaning services, no water and there is a restriction of only 2 device for internet access ! Totally outdated with modern times and hotel seems not willing to invest to keep up with modern expectations.

Located in the center of Las Vegas Strip, it is very convenient to get in and out. The room is small, parking costs $20 per day, and the swimming pool is in the Flamingo Hotel next door, which is a heated swimming pool.

Hotel caught on fire shower was hanging from the ceiling and a panel was rusty on the ceiling as well. Our wedding anniversary was definitely not as we planned

This was my very first time in Las Vegas, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to the city than meeting Robert behind the bar. From the moment I sat down, he went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Robert wasn’t just serving drinks—he was creating an experience. His energy, friendliness, and genuine passion for what he does made a huge impact. He took the time to talk with me, made some incredible drink recommendations (and nailed every single one), and made me feel like more than just another tourist passing through. In a city full of flashy distractions, Robert stood out because of his authenticity and hospitality. He turned what could’ve been a regular night out into a truly memorable part of my Vegas story. My husband and I went to Las Vegas for the first time and when reviewing the Caesars properties, this looked beautiful but when we actually got there it was quite different. All the caesars properties that we went to have had phone chargers of some kind in the room for their guests convenience. Not this one and before anyone says anything about "don't you have your own ", yes I do but I left it at another place thinking that they would have one. They also did not have a refrigerator for personal use nor a safe in the room. I was disappointed to say the least. We will try a different caesars property next time.

Charged me for $40 of minibar stuff we didn't use. Found out charge after returning home. Hotel mgmt completely unresponsive to resolving (no concern when phoned, no respnse to letter). Will not be staying here again.

Great service from the bartender, Robert. Made delicious espresso martinis and made a great recommendation for my husband who is a whiskey drinker. He also taught us how to use the ******** machines at the bar when he had a chance since he was so busy. Loved it and definitely will be back to see him!

Angelina and chuy were so awesome down at the bar. They truly went the extra mile to give us a wonderful experience and amazing drinks. We stayed at the video poker machines at the bar specifically to hang with them. Most definitely will be back.
