If you are traveling by car, this is a good option.
I don't know the name of the front desk staff,
but they greet you with a bright smile.
The room is clean enough,
and the breakfast is fantastic.
This hotel is not a famous hotel on the strip,
but it is a good option to consider if you are visiting Las Vegas.

First time to Vegas. So finding and comparing costs, maps, meals was important. 1. This facility great for family on a budget- one room that accomodated 6 people. 2. Breakfast shuts off at 10am on the dot. We got groceries to snack on good microwave and fridge. 3. You have to either uber or catch a bus and the Duce( second bus ) to the *****. No resort fee was included. Great pool and Spa pool. 4/5 from us 😘

We parked our car at the hotel and used their shuttle service to go to and from the airport. I left my sweatshirt on the shuttle and called. They said they would keep it behind the front desk until we got back. When we returned, they had no idea what I was talking about, had me contact Hilton garden next door to talk to list and found, they had no clue, told me the driver said he left it at the front desk at home 2suites, told call them. I did and still no clue. Needless to say I never got it back and I’ll never use their shuttle service again. Beware, if you leave something in the shuttle, you’ll only get the run around.

Excellent service upon check- in and checkout! However, shower water pressure was so weak I had to stand under shower for 4-5 minutes to get shampoo out of hair. Reported it, but mtnc never came by, They may have resolved the issue after we left

When I arrived at the hotel, we checked in through mobile prior to arriving at the hotel and when we arrived, we asked a question regarding if they was any additional work in person and the staff behind the desk completely ignored our question and said “well what do you need help with” as we asked for help regarding our question. I was unsure if he heard our question so we repeated it and he gave the same response not assisting us but with with irony. I felt completely unwelcomed due to the lack of respect I was receiving to feel dumb by the staff epecially after late travelling.

We stayed one night in this very clean hotel. It was very busy and the pool was great. Salt water pool and hot tub were clean. The room was spacious (queen suite) and the large fridge and kitchen area was fully stocked with plates etc and a great surprise. Even had a dishwasher! The bathroom was nice. When we got back to our hotel around 1030, the downstairs neighbors music was so loud that our floor was vibrating. We called the front desk to notify them and they were very responsive and called the room and the music stopped after a few minutes. That was great! I wasn’t expecting that. We also took the shuttle the Mandalay Bay- that was a nice feature. The only part that could have been different was the breakfast. The coffee tasted like tea and they were so slow to stock the eggs and egg sandwiches. There was also no fruit when we went..but I saw others with some. But besides the breakfast, everything was great! Thanks!!

I stayed here for two weeks and was pleased with the accommodations. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The night clerk Thomas went out of his way to be helpful.
