Always a great stay in The Excelsior! Start your day with a good breakfast. Enjoy the swiming pool and feel everytime welcomed when you arrive at the hotel. We enjoy the rooms, the cleanliness, the good shower and the excellent beds!

Very average, old equipment, and the attitude is seemingly friendly but actually very average. The room was a bit noisy and asked to move to another room, but they said they didn't have any rooms. I asked if I could move the next day, but they still said they didn't have any rooms. It's very inhumane. The deposit was said to be returned in 2-3 days, but it's been almost 5 days and it still hasn't been returned.

We had a disappointing experience during our stay. When we checked in, the room was noticeably dirty—we had to call housekeeping three times just to have the floor cleaned and an air freshener sprayed. On top of that, the refrigerator was messy and required another call to be cleaned. We also asked if it was possible to change rooms, and while they said they would check, we never received any follow-up or update. Poor service and cleanliness overall—not the experience we expected.
