Holiday Hideaway Retreat at Lakeview Cabin! Perfect for Two!

We spent a long weekend in Trinidad to attend the Fancy Spider music fest and chose the cabin for our stay. The cabin is cozy with a wonderful back patio that is perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the afternoon breeze. The welcoming goodie’s were a pleasant surprise especially the breakfast pastry and juice and the snacks. The drive up is rugged and it’s accurate to describe the cabin as remote. If you’re looking for a true getaway from Trinidad’s vibrant downtown this place is a great choice. You’ll be only 15 minutes from town and once you’re settled in it’s a relaxing place to relax and recharge. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom are well laid out and functional. The interior seating is limited so if you’re interested in hosting guests it might be suitable for possibly 4 or maybe 6 people. Overall a real back to nature vibe yet not too far from town.

We had a great retreat! The cabin was delightful in every way… quiet, relaxing, great views, remote and the host made us very comfortable and welcomed!!! Loved all the special touches! Looking forward to a return!!!

Peaceful and lovely getaway Extremely comfortable and well-stocked tiny home. A little off the main path but beautiful vies of lake Trinidad. Kitchen very functional, nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Sweet goodies on arrival, including for my pup!

Long weekend Beautiful view!! Nice trails to explore the area. House was clean and snacks were there for us. We really enjoyed our stay. Loved being able to get into a warm bed!! Would definitely recommend.

Wedding guest getaway This property was exactly what we needed when my husband and I were attending a wedding across the lake at the State Park. We arrived a few days before the wedding and the cabin was a perfect retreat. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the cooking utensils needed and the grill was easy to use and clean. The roads to get there can be rough but we were informed about that from the owner, as well as detailed driving instructions. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with gorgeous scenery.
