Hampton Inn & Suites Largo

The afternoon we checked in, I discovered a "wad" of hair (human) in the desk chair; it looked like someone had cut off a ponytail and left it there....where was Housekeeping? Then the next day I woke up with what I thought were mosquito bites. It turns out that the prior people using the room had a dog (or dogs?) and the room was never sanitized so I ended up with flea bites. Big deal...they comped us one of the 2 nights we stayed there. DON'T EVER STAY HERE IF THIS IS THEIR IDEA OF HOUSEKEEPING.

This hotel is great if you’re going to Largo. It’s not too far from beaches (20 min in traffic) and close to Largo Medical hospital. It does back up to Largo High School so next time I will get a room on the back side of hotel versus on east bay drive side due to the heavy traffic noise I could hear in room early in the mornings. The breakfast was good. Lots of tables and chairs to sit at.

Wasn’t expecting much from this hotel and was very pleasantly surprised at how nice all the employees are! Special shout out to Candice and Eileen! Thank you for your kindness!

Our 4-night stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Largo, FL was a true pleasure from the moment we arrived. Kelli welcomed us warmly at the front desk, quickly checked us in, and even recommended a quaint local restaurant where we could grab brunch while waiting for our room. Within an hour, we received a text notifying us that our room was ready, and when we returned, our key was waiting at the front desk. Every time we entered or exited the building, we were greeted with a smile by Eileen and Dennis, which was always a nice touch. Erika, who worked the breakfast area, made sure there was a great variety of options available each morning. Jenny, our housekeeper, was always cheerful, greeting us with a "Good morning!" or "Good afternoon!" and kept our room tidy with fresh towels every day. Although this Hampton Inn & Suites is not the newest property, it is extremely well-maintained and clean. The attention to detail and the outstanding customer service truly made us feel like we were staying with family, and that’s what really sets this hotel apart. Also, it is across the street from a beautiful park, and in walking distance to a corner drug store and some restaurants. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!

Property is in a very good location. Staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable since I arrived. Nice breakfast with good variety of hot and cold plates.

Was a tentative to everything that I said and needed. She made sure that she was very professional and I truly appreciate that. Barbara showed what customer service it’s not dead
