"This time, we encountered an unprecedented typhoon in Siquijor Island, and we happened to be leaving this hotel. I initially thought it was a problem with the hotel, but it turned out the entire island had no hot water, no electricity, and no internet. I especially loved the dogs at this hotel. It's perfect for travelers looking for a hotel vacation. They have their own private beach, and they charge guests who aren't staying at the hotel. The stars at night were incredibly beautiful; I managed to take some pictures. I can't believe such a paradise exists. I really miss the restaurant there; the food was excellent, especially the breakfast. I regret not ordering dinner. On our last day, the dogs chased after us for a long time, which brought tears to my eyes. I will definitely come back to stay here again! Thank you! The owner is a Swiss gentleman; thank you for letting me experience a fairytale life."

"Deja Vu was our first hotel on Siquijor, and it's quite close to the pier. However, because the hotel is right by the sea, there's a section of road that's a bit tricky for cars, so you'll need to haggle a bit with the tricycle drivers. Overall, the hotel was a pleasant surprise! The views are absolutely stunning, with the ocean right outside your door. The room was also very spacious and new. The hotel restaurant's food was pretty good; the owner recommended the curry beef and sweet and sour pork, which were both delicious – definitely living up to their reputation! The owner is Chinese and very friendly, proactively suggesting great spots to visit on Siquijor. All in all, I think it's a quiet hotel, perfect for a relaxing getaway!"

"If you're coming to Siquijor, this is the place to book. The standard rooms offer excellent value for money – they're large and quite clean. The common areas are beautiful, and you can go snorkeling along the very long coastline. They offer pick-up and drop-off service to/from the port/airport, which saves a good amount of money since tuk-tuks on Siquijor are expensive. However, the service is very, very ordinary compared to Bohol. Some of the older female staff had quite a bad attitude. A heads-up for those who get cold easily: all hotels on Siquijor, including this one, only provide a single sheet as a blanket. Coco's restaurant is actually one of the better dining options on the island, so you probably don't need to bother looking for other restaurants outside."

"Stayed at the Villa (5 nights) with a friend! A very nice and quiet place, if you have adequate neighbors (before leaving, a group of noisy Chinese checked in, who were swimming in the pool at 2 am and laughing loudly) 🤦🏻♀️, so much so that we even had to go out and ask them to calm down!!! We even wrote a note to the admin, and in the morning we received an apology and an offer of compensation for the "night rendezvous"! Overall, everything was great: attentive and responsive staff, beautiful and well-kept territory, the only downside is the restaurant menu (many items were missing, but the cooks 🧑🍳 met us halfway every time and this is a big plus ➕) Every morning, fresh and delicious pastries were brought to the guests' room!"
