Really clean and neat, quiet hotel. The front desk associates (Ricky and Ashley) were super nice and helpful!!! I will definitely come back to this hotel when I'm back in Laredo!! Also it's nearby couple of fastfood joints so you'll never go hungry.

stayed 4 days for business. Check In a little rough because my co worker who booked it. The front desk lady was not interested on my holton honor #, She won't even take a look at it. I have to come back later the evening and talk to another lady that put my hilton honor # on my reservation. The room is clean, the breakfast was ok.i didn't use the shuttle for airport.

This hotel has 5 star reviews with their Excellent customer service very friendly staff and clean rooms lobby hard to find this in other hotels so this is the best hotel in Laredo can’t go wrong keep up the good work…………………………………………………………..

YES It's clean (kind of), yes it is new, yes it's shiny bright (sort of). But this place has a dirty underbelly. If you want to be treated like a someone's poor cousin, like you are in inconvenience, like you are stupid, then spend a few nights here. There is no staff around after hours, so if anything goes wrong: the sink clogs, the toilet paper was not refilled, the ice machine doesn't work, you will be maligned by the front desk and made to feel like your hundreds of dollars spent to stay here was an inconvenience for them. Hilton has a slick product, but their front facing staff suck. Customer service was never part of their training. Apparently it's a dirty word here. Did I mention the Flea bites? or the Noise? As I said, stay elsewhere. IHG and Marriott have much better products and lovely staff in this town. I am a Hilton Diamond Member so this is my preferred brand, but not in Laredo.

Great location. Near by airport, highways, mall, restaurants, stores, event center, etc. perfect location for our event. Staff although limited are all very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again.

At the time of my stay the hotel was a clean, newer property close to the airport. The studio suite had an updated look and a full sized fridge/kitchenette. The hotel had a very large gym with a variety of equipment. Free hot breakfast was adequate. The surrounding area had walkable stores and restaurants.
