Llegamos a las 10.40 en la noche y no estaba listo nuestro cuarto. Tuvimos que esperar a que SUPUESTAMENTE lo arreglaran. La tina toda sucia solo con una toalla de baño a pesar que la señorita vio que éramos tres y solo dejo una. Me cobró una tarifa diferente a la que el propio sitio me confirmó por correo y encontramos una CUCARACHA en el baño. Además la actitud de la empleada Tiffany fue muy prepotente Hay mejores hoteles por esta tarifa. Nos quedamos la noche del 26 de julio y mi número de reservación fue 224-496498. EVITEN ESTE HOTEL

Very Friendly staff. I had a late check-in. 7:30 pm. I asked for a late checkout and they gave me as much time as they could. 11:30 am PROs: AC worked well. The bed was comfortable. Hallways and floors were clean and free of smells. TV and coffee maker in the room worked. USB ports on the lights were functional (slow charging). It was a quiet, pleasant stay. Complimentary coffee in the lobby. Lots of places to shop and eat within walking distance. And the price was right. Great for traveling drivers. CONs: The room was clean enough. A few stains on the sheets and towels from normal washing, wear, and tear. The water in the bathroom sink and shower was warm, not hot. I prefer being able to adjust heat levels.

I have stayed here quite a few times with no real complaints. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the A/C usually does the job. The reason I recommend this hotel for a quick overnight stay, is the friendliness of the front desk staff. If you’re in Laredo, and need a quick overnight stay, Red Roof is good option.

Very nice and clean Hotel Employees are very good guest Price better than other red roof I was at a very comfortable room with a king size bed , located at first floor and with an excelent view to the swimming pool

Buenas instalaciones y ubicación, tiene Alberca, las habitaciones son cómodas y tiene varias opciones Personal atento y servicial Precio justo para lo que ofrece Mi recomendación es que mejoren la calidad del Café que ofrecen, no se me hizo bueno y también le den mantenimiento a los carritos porta maletas
