If you have a family with little ones do not stay here. This place is gross. The parking lot is filled with litter and reeks of urine. The rooms are stale and there’s holes in the walls including in the bathroom. This place needs a big time remodel.

I require a room remodel, and the lights in one of the rooms turned off by themselves. Additionally, I request that every room in the hotel be upgraded.

Room was Very hot! When I told the front desk that my 7 month old was not wearing any clothes and had red cheeks and my toddler wasn’t using a blanket and he was sweating all they said was “turn down the ac to 60 and keep the door close keep in mind it is very humid outside” the cold water did not work only the hot and the shower curtain fell as I was showering my kids it was being held up by toilet paper on the ends. The zip tie in the picture made it extremely hard to pull down so the shower could work

Cockroaches in rooms 131 and 132. All over the shelves, drawers and bathtub. It was dirty and old. We asked for room change because they couldn't refund us (did it through a third party company) but the front desk person had the worst attitude and it was so rude. We had to stay in another hotel. Please don't stay there.
