Premier Inn Falkirk (Larbert)

Rooms was very clean and well looked after. The staff was friendly.

We had a great stay at this Premier Inn. Very clean and fresh. Staff were very helpful and had a super attitude. Usually not much difference in Premier Inns but I just had to leave a review as this one stood out above others.

We chose to stay here soley as it was a good location for a family event and within our budget. I was pleasantly surprised staying at this Premier Inn. The room was spotless, and had everything we would need for our stay. Breakfast was great, fantastic selection and all really tasty. Bridie was a sheer delight and really keen to help and had a little chat while attending to everyone. The star of the show was Martin at the front desk. We were met with a smile and given all the information we would need regarding our stay, he checked us in and made us feel really welcome. Then we had a day to spare and asked what he would suggest for a nice day out locally. He was so knowledgeable and gave us some great suggestions. We will definitely choose to retur here again anytime we need somewhere to stay while visiting family in the area.

We stayed in this hotel in september. We really enjoyed it here. The reception made us very welcome. The personel was very friendly. They were also very helpfull. Especially when we had trouble with our car. Outstanding was Martin. He was friendly and helped us . He also helped us when we had complaints about the noise of people in the room above us.
