Additional resort facilities, activities, and amenities are available for an extra fee. BASIC AMENITIES The unit includes an initial supply of towels, toiletries, and bath items. Fast WiFi, one gallon of drinking water, coffee, one free condominium pool, free parking, self check in with building staff, reception and lobby lounge, air conditioning, heating, and a travel crib for infants and toddlers are available upon request. SLEEPING AND LIVING AREA The living area includes a sofa bed with pillows and a single-seater that can be converted into an additional single bed, a 55 inch smart TV with Netflix, and a balcony. SLEEPING AREA The bedroom features a queen size bed with premium bedding, sheets, and pillows, as well as a small sofa bed with premium linens. A nightstand with reading light is provided. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, sink, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, cafetiere, refrigerator, freezer, water dispenser, pots, pans, cooking utensils, bowls, glasses, wine glasses, cutlery, and a dining table for four. BATHROOM The bathroom includes hot water, a bidet, walk in shower, vanity, mirror, toilet, towels, hairdryer, straightener, iron, additional toiletries, washing machine, laundry starter kit, and clothes rack. BALCONY The balcony is furnished with chairs and a table and offers an ocean view. BUILDING FEATURES The building is equipped with a fire protection and automatic sprinkler system, a full emergency generator, emergency lighting, and security cameras in all hallways. GUEST ACCESS Guests have free use of the condominium lap pool and children's pool located between Towers A and B. The condominium pools are closed every Wednesday for cleaning. Children three years old and under can access the resort and condominium pools at no cost. Free parking is available on the resort grounds. Guests may explore Tambuli Resort and enjoy views of the four swimming pools and private beach. The resort features three restaurants offering local and international cuisine, as well as a beach club and pool bar. Walking around the resort and sitting areas is free of charge, while swimming in the resort pools requires a fee. POOL AND RESORT ACCESS OPTIONS Option 1: Condominium pools are free of charge. Open from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Closed Wednesdays. Option 2: Resort voucher through the host, subject to availability, for an additional fee per person per day. CLEANING AND DISINFECTION A thorough cleaning and disinfection process is carried out after every checkout to maintain hygiene and safety standards. POLICIES Pets are not allowed. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. A cleaning fee will apply for odor removal if smoking occurs. Parties and events are not allowed.
