The previous guest did not check out on time, causing the check-in time to be delayed by two hours, exposing management problems.
I care about cleanliness when I go out to stay, but this place is a bit disappointing. The bathroom was basically not cleaned, and housekeeping left work at eight o'clock in the evening. So I had to go to the public restroom downstairs to solve the problem. The wall coverings in the room fell to the ground and were not cleaned.
This kind of check-in experience is completely inconsistent with the room price!

What a great trip. I booked a room with a friend and it was better than expected. The beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows provided a panoramic view of the mountain peaks opposite. The service is also good, especially the guy and girl at the front desk, who responded to our requests and even gave us a fruit plate. The boss is also very nice. All in all good value for money.

景色確實不錯，一共九間房，草坪不大但是還可以，適合小孩子跑着玩。衝著泳池去的，結果臟到震驚，各種蟲子落葉以及不知名物體。説回房間浴缸讓孩子玩水吧，結果浴缸里居然還有沒吃完的麪包？洗漱台也是到處灰，整體衞生情況實在是不敢恭維。都不知道衞生是怎麼打掃的。早餐及其簡單，雞蛋玉米稀飯切面麪包，周圍沒有任何賣東西的地方。房間有四瓶水，説讓管家再送兩瓶，答覆説一瓶五塊。水不值錢，但這體驗也太差了。一千的房價，就這衞生及服務，離店説下次來了打折，還下次，就這衞生，堅決不會再去。

千挑萬選選了這家，一晚380我自覺不便宜，到了酒店之後，前台告知我停電了要下午四點來電，OK可以，進入房間之後，燒水的壺有臟污，也不知道多久沒有擦了，看了一眼喝水的杯子我的天吶從來沒見過哪個酒店的杯子臟成那樣，厚厚一層粉紅色的污垢，我用手搓了下能搓掉，可見就是沒清理沒洗，洗漱用具不知道多久沒換過了全是污垢，水龍頭的水開到最大就衹有那麼一點，我大寫的服務！五點左右來了一會點有半個小時又停電了，有誰試過度假從天亮等到天黑，那就是我，八點左右天黑透了，聯繫民宿人員能不能拿蠟燭或者手電筒來，沒人理，我真服！！！等到晚上11點還是沒來電，誰懂那種在山裡四下漆黑的無奈啊，手機也沒電，沒辦法衹能睡覺了，各位有緣看到這條評價的友友，特別帶小孩的，慎重選擇，衞生服務是真差，這個價位的設施和服務真的跟搶錢一樣了，慎重選擇
