Hotel is very run down. The hotel was fully booked and I was one of the lucky ones to get a toilet that wouldn’t stop running nor would the tank ever fill with no other option you adapt but was more than annoyed with this situation. The gentleman checking out behind me had issues with his door so I suppose if I had to choose one over the other I’d choose a defective toilet.

Hotel Needs Work
I wasn't expecting 5 star, but certainly didn't expect this stay. Our room was not very clean and was a bit banged up. The fridge was lopsided and freezer part frozen over. The bathroom had a jet tub, we didn't utilize it though due to very visible black mold around the jets. We received multiple bug bites in the bed around our sides and abdomen. Praying it wasn't bed bugs, but if so that they didn't get in our bags. The bed itself, pillows, and covers were comfortable enough. Pool temp was good, but the water was fairly dirty. Breakfast was lackluster with few choices. The staff were very friendly though. I have stayed in many hotels of all types and a lot of Comfort Inns. We were even staying at another Comfornt Inn location as part of this trip. This one ranks as one of the worst stays. I truly hate having to leave bad reviews, but very glad our stay was only for one night. We stayed here due to convenience and price.

I was a little weary of the price for the area however, the reviews were pretty high for the property. Went in and micro-banned the room and linen before I bought my kids up. After it dried we headed up to the room. There was mold on the lamp shade and curtain. A used muffin wrapper on the floor. Walls and linen were filthy. After 10 minutes in the room, I started itching. Looked down had a blister on my finger where I was itching. I called downstairs to ask for a room transfer and she said they had none available. Mind you the hotel parking lot wasn't full. I immediately gathered my things and kids and went over to Marriot. They would not check me out or even try to accommodate me. I was afraid to put my luggage on the cart. It was filthy as well as the carpet. Mind you, im not the bougie type but I do like cleanliness. Try Holiday Inn next door.

First time we stayed we were on the 1st floor and it was great. This is what made us stay the second time. Second time we were on the 3rd floor and it is horrible. It smells like its been wet and then dried, funky smell. Also, they charge for parking a 2nd vehicle, which was new. That 3rd floor needs an overhaul. Employees were very nice and breakfast was good.
