Had no issues whatsoever, room was clean and tidy and the coffee was great

October 2025 MAJOR DISSATISFACTION and DISAPPOINTMENT The saga with Motel 6 continues. After speaking 25 minutes with corporate customer service this morning, I received absolutely NO SATISFACTION to my request for a full refund since I left the motel after finding roaches and tne next-door neighbors smoking in a motel that claimed “100%” smoke free! The agent contacted the motel manager, but it appears that the motel has final say OVER corporate!!! UNBELIEVABLE!! The agent asked if there was anything else he could do which was ludicrous since he couldn’t help with the one request I had! I’m hoping CITI CARDS can resolve the issue. I’M SHOCKED THAT THIS CORPORATION TREATS CUSTOMERS SO POORLY.

I love love here.. checking in is always hassle free, all the staff is amazing. The owner she is phenomenal always up to speed if something is not of your liking. Room was clean smelled good. Its in a great location, located across from a small plaza. Rather whatever trip your staying for you'll be pleased.

Everything. non-smoking room we were in reeked of stale tobacco smoke. Room was filthy. Bathtub and toilet enamel wearing off no condiments except for two bars of soap. Towels were yellow not white from dirt. Blanket on bed had several cigarette burns right through the blanket. Cat walks on second floor are collapsing. They are already on an angle. This property should be torn down or they need to put millions of dollars into reparations. It looks like the owners of this property have not put a penny into it for at least two decades. My advice look elsewhere for accommodation, unless you like a stinky dirty room with filthy burned bedding, towels that should have been trashed years ago, and staff that actually care. Don’t let the owner photos of the property fool you nor the higher review ratings. They are probably mostly fake. That will be evident if you check in. Would give zero stars if possible

I was not happy with the bed , I did sleep , because the bed is not comfortable at all , my body is hurting me now , because the bed so hard
