We used this as an affordable and convenient stay while family was at Sparrow Hospital. It was clean, staff was friendly and there was a small Meijer store located next door which was helpful.

Super nice staff
The staff at the hotel is fantastic! There was - as often a problem with the "Hotel" booking and the staffers helped with remarkable diligence. The area the hotel is in is felt a bit seedy, but the hotel was new and clean. This was another incident of a booking through "Hotel" or "*******" causing us problems at check in. Going forward, we are not likely to use them again.

Located near a few good restaurants and right next door to a grocery store. A little loud in the hallways. AC pretty loud (which helped hide the extra noise from rooms nearby). Kind staff.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing from the start. I had to wait almost two hours to check in using the self-service kiosk, which was painfully slow and frustrating. While I waited, another guest who had been locked out of his room was also stuck there. The check-in area was cramped and uncomfortably hot, making the wait even worse.
Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. Once I finally got to my room, I noticed that the shower curtain was clearly not clean, and the comforter on the bed had stains, which made me question the overall cleanliness and attention to detail.
