great location near all the gov offices. not much facilities, just the room. a bit dated but it was clean. would stay there again

Steven at the front desk, and Luisa in Security were amazing. I had to prepare something to get ready for a meeting and they saved the day. I would sure want them on my team!

This was by far the worst stay I have ever encountered. During a conference I was booked at the Double Tree for a two-night stay. The front desk was not very friendly, and the housekeeping staff did not make my bed or leave any washcloths, the trash was not empty nor were the sink wiped. I called the front desk regarding the washcloths and was told someone from housekeeping would bring them to me, which never happened. There are no microwaves in each room nor was there an ice machine located on the 10th floor. Please book elsewhere, I don't recommend this hotel.

Supported the Michigan. Safety conference. Stayed for 1 night. Great exchanges with front (shoe repair :)). No issues with valet parking. No issues with coffee shop. Ballroom setup well. Employees were very pleasant and supportive. Elevator needs repair. One was always out during our stay.

Area of downtown that gets very quiet at night, and even the valet closes at midnight. Easy walk to capital or Lugnut baseball stadium. No shops or cafes locally at night. Really comfortable rooms, very nice staff. A pleasant stay.
