The conditions are OK, there is a microwave, induction cooker and refrigerator, and the hair dryer needs to be borrowed at the front desk. The only downside is that there are no disposable plates, cups and cutlery in the room

I booked a three day stay. On the first night we were checked into a room that had unmade beds and trash. We had to rebook into a clean room and we were charged an additional $22.00 fee. During the night at 3:00 and 4:00 other guests were running up and down the hall banging on the doors and cussing. There was no one to contact. We felt very unsafe. The next day we contacted ******* to request a refund for the next two nights. We explained everything. We left and booked the next two nights at the Fairfield Inn in East Lansing. A horrible experience. Also the unit had no dishes or silverware for an extended stay.
