We just spent the weekend playing golf at the beautiful Smuggler’s Glen GC while staying across the road at the Glen House Resort. We had a very good buffet breakfast included in our package. The scrambled eggs with bacon, sausage and potatoes are standard fare but they were fresh and tasty. No toast though which is kind of strange. Prime rib dinner was very good as were other choices such as chicken Marsala or wings. Service from Holly was excellent. Nice view overlooking the water from our rooms was very nice. We had such a good experience we plan on making it a yearly trip.

fantastic place to go at least once !
the food was fine .
it was just ok and a little expensive to eat at the dinning room.
the dinning room is nice clean and looks amazing with a wonderfull view on thousand island river!
so it is not a wonderfull food to eat but a wonderfull and confortable room to be in .

We had an amazing night as a family. Great restaurant, amazing front desk service, beautiful room and views. We will be back again and will be telling all of our friends and family! Thank you for a beautiful stay!

This Resort is beautiful!!! A group of 16 fellas from the Durham Region went up for an overnight golf outing and were treated like Kings. Restaurant & Pub on site had great food at reasonable prices. Hot buffet breakfast (included in our package) was tasty and plentiful. Service at the Glen House was top notch. Staff were accommodating and very friendly. Communication to book our trip was terrific. Riverfront rooms had a gorgeous view of the water and was perfect for our group. We took advantage of the lakeside pool and the indoor pool. Smugglers' Glen Golf Course (directly across the street) with many elevated tee boxes was very picturesque and the course was in fantastic shape. Thanks....Definitely, will be coming back.

The exterior is quaint and reminiscent of old summer lodges. The location on the water is actually picture perfect . However, sadly disappointed to find the Pineside rooms smell of damp, extreme mold, and memories of cigarette smoke. there are also extremely dates and the room we had had damaged wall, flooring, and walls. The balcony was also covered in dirt and cobwebs. As a result we departed early to find a room that had better air quality. Go for a drink, enjoy the view but I don’t recommend staying here.

This is an older but well maintained property, and the riverview rooms are absolutely stunning views of the St. Lawrence. We were lucky enough to get a room with almost direct access to the outdoor pool, which is very well maintained as well.
The main dining room is a good option and has a kids menu. Staff are all friendly and kind.
Our family especially loved the games room, with pool. air hockey, ping pong, ring toss and shuffleboard.
