This is our second time at the hotel and we would be happy to come again. The hotel offers a wonderful vacation with an attentive staff that pays attention to the smallest details and responds to every request. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, the food is of high quality and very tasty, with options for vegan and vegetarian manus. The spa and relaxation area are delightful and the nearby forest makes for wonderful walks. This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in.

My daughter and I stayed for four nights and five days, and it was superb! - I would go back in a flash. When we first arrived, we were surprised that it was not as remote as we had anticipated, as there is a big campsite next door, but that didn't detract from our stay. Although the price was quite high for us, we got sooo much for the money. The staff were friendly, efficient and accommodating, the food was superb, and although it doesn't say you get lunch, they do serve afternoon snacks from 1-,4 which is effectively lunch ( salad bar, soup, cake), evening meal was lovely and so was breakfast - with lots of choice and high quality. The rooms, spa, and relaxation areas were all really, really good, and the area is stunningly beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place

We have been here several times over the years and keep coming back. It's a little off the well beaten track for those living in the western US, which is probably one of the reasons we like it so much. The Auer famly continue to do an amazing job offering great personal attention, immaculate housekeeping, a superb spa a comfortable bar and an excellent dining experience. They take great and justifiable pride in their hotel. Wonderful hiking and many other activities are nearby if one is so inclined. Or you can just relax, steam, sauna, swim or do nothing and recline in your robe in the relaxation room. The views are wonderful. We have always come back from our visits to Langefeld feeling reinvigorated and refreshed. Highly recommended.

We wanted to get the last bit of snow for the season and add a little luxurious break in the process. We surely did! Everything was so perfect, from the services to the food, the rooms....and the amazing dessert buffet on Saturday night. Lots of activities within walking distance of the hotel especially hikes and the lovely Acqua dome. The ski slopes are a few minutes away too withe different slopes for all abilities.

Amazing hotel and its stuff, I was there with a female friend. And we could not have a better stay! we went everyday hiking. in the afternoon we used the spa and swimming pool. and had our apero outside. Everything was offered with a hint of love, the right amount of passion and full force with nature facilities. The food was very nice (for us nearly to much). The only critics, the portion of the kaiserschmarn was so big - I could finish it. (and my heart was bleeding (food waste). The wine card was extensive and we had a fantastic sommelier which gave us good advice of what to drink. All in All it was top 5 days stay - highly recommend it. But the ice on the cake - Mr. Auer drove us to the translation ! What a service ! Thank you

This was our first visit to the Naturhotel Waldklause. Hopefully it will not be the last. Our German friends recommended, and it did not disappoint. The management and all the staff were superb. The room could not be faulted. The beds and facilities are second to none. Even though the hotel was full at times, the brilliant way the restaurant is designed, meant it never felt crowded. The hotel offers a superb swimming pool, saunas (4), and lots of other pampering. My congratulations to the Auer Family, for there imagination with this brilliant Hotel.

Schönes Hotel, tolles Essen, tolles Personal. Trotzdem werden wir nicht wiederkommen, da der Junior Chef eine Ignoranz an den Tag legt, die nicht zu überbieten ist. Das lassen wir uns nicht gefallen. Schade, wir sind halt keine Weintrinker.

Excellent accueil et personnel sympa et professionnel. Le point fort de l'hôtel est la cuisine. Le chef cuisinier Lukas est fantastique. Du gastronomique tous les soirs. Par contre les pâtisseries sont en retrait et manque de peps et de goût, surtout pour les mousses. Et la chambre n'est pas bien isolé par rapport au plafond. On entend les personnes marchaient. Et sur les terrasses des chambres, on entend toute la journée les enfants du camping en face criés. Mais dans l'ensemble je recommande cette hôtel
