katherineweiqiOne of the most memorable times of our live and we were happy with everything! The view from the room is breathtaking, we stayed in the spacious 6 beds room and it was on the second floor. From there you can see the moutains, valleys, a waterfall and a river. Every morning there would be swallows flying around the house, and butterflies too, all different colours! It was extremely peaceful, exactly what my family needed to experience. The location is very close to the river on one side, and on the other side with a short walk up a slope there are plenty of cafes, shops and resturants! The host family would also cook delicious meals for us if when we stayed in for an additional 3-4 dollars, which was so convienent and totally worth it. Our host family were always very helpful to us, and they really cared about doing good in their community. They also took us when they had free time around Sapa and their local village. When we ran out of nappies they took us to a shop that stocked them and when our daughter wanted to see water buffalos they took us to look for them too! We had a wonderful time with them, and all their pets. Our children played with them everyday and was so sad when they had to leave. Hopefully we will get a chance to return in the future! All the best to Phong and his sweet family!

Guest UserI specifically chose this place to unwind, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The surroundings were incredibly quiet at night, with absolutely no noise, resulting in excellent sleep. My biggest fear when visiting mountain areas is damp and cold rooms, but this place did a fantastic job with its windproofing and insulation; the room remained dry, warm, and very comfortable. The most stunning view was in the morning – opening the curtains revealed an unobstructed view of the valley and sea of clouds – absolutely breathtaking from my bed. The entire team's remote support was also very professional and smooth; they answered all my questions promptly, making things very convenient. I'll definitely come back next time.

Guest UserWe stayed here for 3 nights, and it was a really nice experience. The room is super comfortable, and during the cold weather, having an electric blanket was a great plus to keep us warm. They also offer free water refills.
The property has a restaurant where the food is incredibly tasty, with generous portions, so you don’t really need to go elsewhere to satisfy your appetite.
I highly recommend staying here, outside Sapa center, to experience the tranquility of a calm little village. It’s also worth mentioning that there are plenty of places nearby to eat, drink, and visit bakeries.

Guest UserI stayed here for two weeks, and it's a wonderful place with two amazing hosts. The food is always fresh and delicious, the place is clean, and you truly feel at home. The bed is super comfortable, and the blankets are so warm.
And the French toast they make here? That's a special love of mine! ❤️
The location is also great; everything is close by. There are plenty of paths for walking along the rice terraces, and there's a shop, cafes, and mini-markets not far away.
If I ever return to this region, I'll definitely be staying here again! ❤️❤️❤️

We had such a lovely stay at the Sapa Farmstay! The local family running the establishment is warm, friendly, and hospitable. We ate dinner with them twice—the food was beyond delicious and fresh, and I loved the family-style atmosphere during mealtime.
The rooms were just like the photos: comfy, clean, and well-decorated, with plenty of hotel-style amenities! The only minor drawback was the hot water…it was quite cold in Sapa during our visit in January, and the hot water never lasted more than 3 minutes or so during showers. This was a minor issue, though, and we will for sure re-book when we return to Sapa again!

We love our hotel room with mountain view and the service is great. We enjoyed the breakfast too. The location is not Sapa center, but its easy to book grab like 20mins away from 170k vnd to 200k vnd. Outside the hotel are lots of restaurant, coffee shops, massage area and theres a very affordable convenient store there in front of the school. Od prefer to go baack and book again tgere instead in Sapa its more peaceful and surely you will enjoy the hiking and the scenery.

The location is beautiful, about 30 minutes from the center of Sapa. We preferred this place for its tranquility and authenticity. Grab taxis are available for around 8€ to get to Sapa.
Regarding the room, it's very basic. The cleanliness was average; it could have been better. Be aware that there are many insects since it's in the countryside! Also, the rooms are poorly insulated and lack privacy. In the morning, you'll be woken up around 5/6 AM at dawn!!
Otherwise, the hotel restaurant is excellent, we absolutely loved it 😍 here are the photos. The prices were very reasonable, which saves you from having to go elsewhere.
The staff is very kind.

Great location in a lovely village, the staff were very helpful in booking us a taxi to leave. All in all a nice stay, however the rooms are very cold with no radiator and a slightly rubbish electric blanket. Also to get to the toilet you have to go outside and to go to the showers you have to go outside and go downstairs. So okay as a stay but defo not too comfy.

This place is perfect for the traveler who picks a place and just wants to be near open fields and doesn't want any of the convenience of city life. If that's you you'll love this place. The owner is extremely friendly and will check what you want for breakfast, very warm and hospitable.
If you're the kind of traveler who wants to walk around the city with all kinds of restaurants near you this place is not for you. It is located in an area that is under some development so even for Grab drivers (car), getting in or out of that place is not convenient UNLESS you're getting on a bike.
Great place, just located very far from everything.
