"A family trip with a 2nd-grade daughter, a 4th-grade son, and us parents! Our first trip to Nha Trang, and we were incredibly satisfied with our chosen accommodation, Champa Island Resort!! It was close to the city center, supermarkets, Nha Trang beach, Dam Market, and Po Nagar Cham Towers. It was peaceful and quiet, and we were all happy with the room condition, breakfast, and swimming pools. The kids enjoyed free activities (making shapes with clay, and even trying conical hat making). Since archery is a family hobby, we also tried the paid archery. We experienced both the hotel pool and the Kubera Wing pool, and the surfing board and billiards at the pool were also great. It was a bit of a shame that the hotel pool closed at 6 PM, but it was nice that the Kubera Wing pool closed at 9 PM. I particularly remember the Himalayan salt massage at Champa Spa. My daughter also said the kids' massage was wonderful. On our last day, we couldn't stay for breakfast as we had a late-night flight, but they provided us with a meal box, which we enjoyed at the airport. All the staff were friendly, and above all, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay for 6 nights in a spacious and clean environment without any inconveniences. Our kids were also very happy and said they'd like to come back here if we visit Nha Trang again. Thank you. We had a great time!"

"I was very satisfied with this hotel. 1. **Great Location**: Just 100 meters to the right from the exit, cross the road and you're at the beach. 2. **Excellent Facilities**: Although it's not a new hotel, it's very well-maintained. The coffee shop on the ground floor, the restaurant upstairs, and the pool on the 7th floor are all fantastic. 3. **Comfortable Stay**: The room was quiet and spacious, with a beautiful view from the window. The linen was of a good standard, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very large, equipped with a bathtub and bathrobes. 4. **Polite Service**: Both the front desk and restaurant staff were very polite, always smiling, and happy to assist with any request. 5. **Plenty of Nearby Amenities**: To both the left and right of the hotel entrance, there are many excellent restaurants. To the right, you'll also find convenience stores and bars. Behind the hotel are two large buildings: Lotte Mart and Nha Trang Center shopping mall, a treat for those who enjoy shopping."

"Clean room with a good AC, but watch out for ants and the unexpected deposit! I have mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel in Nha Trang. The Location & First Impression The hotel is located right by the sea in a high-rise building. Because of this, the area around it is quite noisy. It wasn't immediately clear how to get inside because the hotel doesn't have its own proper lobby—the reception is actually located inside a cafe next door.. The Room & Amenities On the bright side, the room and the bathroom were quite clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There was also a kettle and a fridge in the room. They cleaned every day, and you could always ask for extra bottled water. The Ant Issue 🐜 However, there was a major downside: I found ants in the room. Even though I was staying all the way up on the 6th floor, there was literally an active anthill. As soon as I disturbed them, they started scrambling away, carrying their eggs with them. It was a pretty unpleasant experience, and I had to spend time fighting them off. The Deposit Surprise Another unexpected and frustrating thing happened at check-in. The reception asked for either a $50 cash deposit or my actual passport/ID. Obviously, I would never leave my official documents with anyone, so I had to unexpectedly part with $50. When I checked out, they inspected the room and returned the money. Honestly, this was a first for me—I’ve traveled a lot and have never been asked for a deposit anywhere else in the world."

"I stayed here for 5 nights and the whole stay was wonderful. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It’s very close to the beach and only about 5 minutes from the city center by Grab. There’s also a coffee shop and convenience store on the ground floor. The coffee shop had a great view and was a very comfortable place to work or study. The breakfast was not very impressive and the selection was a bit limited, but it wasn’t bad. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning were great. If I come back to Nha Trang again, I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"This is our second visit. The accessibility, tranquility of the resort, facilities, food, and service all exceeded our expectations. The private beach is also great for kids to play on. The sand is incredibly fine, so they had a wonderful time playing in it. We'd definitely consider a third visit!"

"Wonderful hotel. The service is top-notch; they treat guests with great care and attention. The breakfasts are amazing 🔥🔥🔥 – everything is delicious and varied, with several types of meat, even duck! Smoked salmon is always available, along with 4-5 kinds of cheese, and the pastries are incredibly tasty. The room has everything you need and is cleaned well. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay!"

"The hotel breakfasts were delicious and varied! We really enjoyed them, and we've stayed at other hotels before, so we have something to compare it to. Housekeeping was poor; there were ants in the room, and the bed linen wasn't changed for over a week until we contacted the front desk ourselves about issues like the absence of face and hand towels, as well as shower gel. It's located far from the beach area, restaurants, and cafes. The pool was clean and large, and we really liked it. There were plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool! The view from the hotel's rooftop is beautiful. I can recommend this hotel if cleanliness in the room and other service shortcomings aren't critical for you."

"The room was incredibly clean, and the king-sized bed was especially spacious and comfortable enough for a family of four, including two elementary school-aged children. However, the view from room 424 was really disappointing, blocked by the building's roof. I didn't ask for a change since it was fully booked, but the view was truly a letdown 😭. Compared to a neighboring resort with similar pricing, the room here was better, but the swimming pool, other facilities, and especially the breakfast were quite underwhelming."

"For a temporary stopover, it's great. But there are certainly no 5 stars here. Maybe back in the '80s or '90s. But what 5-star hotel can you expect for this price? Many guests visiting the city beach stay here, but the hotel isn't designed for beachgoers at all – there's carpet everywhere and no way to get rid of the sand that sticks to you even after rinsing off at the beach exit. Towels are changed daily, all of them, despite their own signs asking guests to support eco-friendliness by throwing used towels on the floor for replacement and reusing others. If you happen to swim there, there's nowhere to dry your clothes. The rooms are indeed spacious. We had a family room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. However, the children's room had no windows, and there was no hot water in their shower. They only provide one key card per room (even for a family room designed for four people). They refuse to give more, suggesting you leave it at reception. We had a real problem with this – not everyone wanted to go for an evening stroll; one child wanted to stay and read a book. We were faced with a choice: leave, cutting off power to the room and leaving someone in the dark and without a book (everything switches off when you take out the card; the fridge seemed to as well), or risk returning to a locked door if the person fell asleep... In the end, we propped the door open with a suitcase. All very strange. Regarding cleanliness: On our floor, there was a cigarette butt in the ashtray by the elevator under the 'no smoking' sign for all three days of our stay. And nobody seemed bothered by it :)) But all of this is offset by the price :) So, we're just noting the oddities without complaint. As a transit point, it's perfectly decent."
