"The location is on the edge of the state fair, uber is not very good. There is a park in the environment. Health and facilities are benchmarked against domestic two-star hotels."
"In general, it’s a bad experience of staying this hotel. Won’t come back anymore unless there are improvements.
Pros: room is spacious and good location for a stopover.
Cons: I stayed in room #105.
1. Poor lighting at the living room area and the front door area. Only the lighting in bathroom is bright.
2. Very noisy that I wasn’t able to sleep at all. Non stop noises from the upstairs and neighbors. Especially the sound of toilet flushing. Was like several minutes a loud flushing of toilet at around 3:20am onwards. The sound of toilet flushing of my room is also very loud.
3. The receptionist at the evening forgot to add comments of late checkout of my booking. The next day when I back to hotel for packing but the door card was expired. But the receptionist in the day time helped me to figure out."
"The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location for events at the Lenovo Center! Our room was spotless. My main concern was the bedding. The heavier blanket looked just like in the picture. When I asked the hotel staff about it, they said it’s a feathered blanket, and when it gets wet, the feathers stick together, causing this appearance."
"Ther was no toilet paper in the bathroom and a used bar of soap in the shower with a hair on it. Not to mention the frozen bottle of soda in left in the top of the fridge. They did have friendly service and a decent breakfast"
"I enjoyed the pool and the A/C was very good in the room. I had a balcony that overlooked the road and shopping center. Balcony king room looks exactly as advertised. The room was quiet and the sheets and towels were clean. Appreciated the refrigerator and microwave in the room. The ceiling had an uneven plastering done, but it did not affect my stay. The balcony has a simple two chair and table set, nice to have a drink on during a warm night. However, there is not a great view as this hotel is right off the road toward the city. Breakfast ends at 9 am, I wish they would change it to 10. I did not bother to wake for breakfast the next morning so I don’t really know what they had except yogurt, coffee, and a pancake making machine. Overall was a great stay and the staff is kind."
"Very nice clean hotel. Having a restaurant on site very good.
Staff was great. Check in and check out was easy. Parking was cramped but other than that. Place was great."
"The hotel gets very noisy at night on weekends because people book it to go partying. In the week it’s better but you still get families in one room next to you that make a lot of noise. The room service charges are ridiculous "
"We arrived around 2:30 ish pm and needed to get to our room, order LYFT and go to a meeting scheduled for 5:00 pm. The desk person said check in time is 4:00 but would ck to see if a room had been cleaned and ready for occupancy. He verified one was ready and allowed us to go to that room. We were appreciative of the cleaning staff and the desk person.
All the hotel employees were friendly and courteous. The desk personnel even helped me with getting a Lyft app set up on my phone. The breakfast buffet was really good and extensive. There was always a line to cook waffles which caused a back up and slow moving line. Maybe have more waffle irons available. I wanted to order food from a nearby Panera Bread but the desk personnel called and/or looked up on line to find it had closed. She suggested if I placed an order thru the Panera Bread app, the person who drives the shuttle could take me to a different Panera Bread a little further away to pick up the food. I accepted her offer, bought the driver a snack and gave her a tip. I was able to have a wonderful mid afternoon meal.
The beds were very comfortable. I like the bathroom door with ”cloudy” glass which allows light in for use of the bathroom overnight. I like the use of attached to the wall containers of bath soap, etc. which definitely cuts down on use of smaller containers partially used and thrown away.
One important thing we suggest is the street sign for Arrow Street be much larger. Not being locals, the area was unfamiliar with us, there is heavy traffic and the Arrow Street sign is very hard to see.
Otherwise, we were very happy staying in this hotel."

Great
GGuest UserGreat stay! Friendly atmosphere! Heated pool and hot tub were nice and my kids loved it! They also enjoyed “working out” in the fitness area. Would stay again if we are back that way!
GGuest UserThe location is great, the bed is big and comfortable. It is close to a movie theater and Target, and some shops. The front desk is very friendly and gave us some good tips on what to do and where to eat. The bathroom mirror was odd, at night I saw this mysterious red dot inside of the mirror, I was a bit scared. After calling the front desk, I realized there is a built in TV in the mirror. A bit weird design.
GGuest UserThe staff was super friendly. Our room was clean and the whole place smelled so good! The gym was nice and clean as well!
Thank you for a great and comfortable experience!
GGuest UserWhen I say that the the place I walked down the hallway I was getting strong smell of mold and I looked around to see where I could see the mold and it was a very very strong odor walking down the hallway my room with 125
GGuest UserThey hotel was very clean and staff was very nice. I don’t recommend booking through Trip.com. I booked and prepaid several days before arriving and the room that I had booked was unavailable. The hotel said they reached out to trip.com to let them know that I wouldn’t have a room and to contact me. Instead I got confirmation emails stating my room was available for check in. The hotel was very nice and helped me get an available room with not additional cost but trip.com refused to do any kind of refund for they different room.
SShelby HankinsOur room was VERY clean upon entry and the front desk staff was pleasant. It is a red roof so as far as I know that brand does not offer breakfast normally but they do have coffee in the mornings at this location. I also liked that I was able to open our window to let in some fresh air. A lot of hotels you aren't able to open the windows at all since they are permanently installed.
DDawn Mosely-NixonCan't say the hotel was too bad. However I can say the location is somewhat sketchy. Directly outside of the hotel their is alot of activity going on which is needless to say very questionable. Possible drug deals, ************ and drug doing. There is a gas station/convenience store right there on the premises which too draws a large crowd. However the rooms were ok. I just didn't like that I felt my car would be unsafe in there parking area due to the amount of questionable traffic. So sad to say I never took my luggage out the car in fear someone standing by would notice a bag or two and come back later to check it out. I did choose to leave but not because of the lodging. I think if you can get past the outdoor activity it may make for a nice rest spot.
