Friendly front desk staff and cleaning staff. Good location taking NY bar exam. Easy to call uber. Quite some cafe / restaurants nearby to choose and it’s convenient to have a Starbucks downstairs. Bed is cozy.

This hotel is really good facility. The room is very big. Staff is so kind and you can check in 24hourd. Also breakfast is free everyday. It's so good.

Heat in our room wasn't working at 1:30 am. Keith was responsive and although he couldn't get the heat to work, he supplied us with a couple heating towers. We were also given a discount on our final bill due to our inconvenience, which we greatly appreciated. Also, we waited quite awhile to order our breakfast (Starbucks). Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay at this hotel again in the future.

The hotel has complete facilities. The rooms are large. This hotel is in the center of Buffalo. The location is very easy to find. Laundry and breakfast are all available. It is about half an hour's drive from Niagara Falls.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the service is warm and thoughtful, there are airport, train station and bus station pick-up service, breakfast included, nutritious: eggs, cakes, bread 🥯, jam, hot water, mineral water, coffee, milk, pears. The staff were also very friendly and nice. I stayed here after visiting Niagara and the location was good and I liked it. Tim Hortons is right in front.

It is close to Niagara convention center, about 6-7 minutes to walk, and9-10 minutes to walk slowly is enough. The room is large and suitable for preparing for the exam. About 500 on weekdays, ny bar 2000 a day. However, Hyatt is closer, 3-5 minutes can go to the examination room!

The male staff in the evening shift is very friendly, very patient, always smiling, and the service is very good! It rained outside and I also borrowed an umbrella for me. The room was great, my room was on the top floor, there was a balcony in the room and the bed was very comfortable! The location is very good, just in the city center, to various attractions, shopping and shopping, the surrounding restaurants are very convenient, it should be the best hotel I have ever stayed on this trip! I had great view for the city and the lake from my hotel room. I spent two days there. Everything was great. Shops nearby
