This is a motel opened by Indians. A skunk tastes that we Chinese don't like. Never save a few dollars. I didn't live in a hotel like this after I was killed. However, the location is good. There are no walls or anything, and many people of color and work are living there. I suspect that the sheets are not changed. I feel that there is a piece of hard-boned stuff on the sheets, which is disgusting.

Завтрак хороший, была приятно удивлена - яйца, картофель, тортильи, фарш, фрукты, панкейки, каши, большой ассортимент чая, йогурты. Комната чистая, все работало. Очень приятная зона у ресепшн. Из минусов отмечу очень громко слышно дорогу в номере, мешаем спать. И подушки хотелось бы получше. Но в целом отель себя полностью оправдал!

It is a beautiful hotel, tastefully decorated and very clean. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants that Fort Worth stockyards has to offer. The pool is also well maintained and nice. For small dishes (breakfast/lunch/evening, various starbucks coffees (also in ice cream version) and other drinks you can go to the lobby. Be prepared that parking the car (valet parking) costs 20 dollars per night. But it is well organized with friendly staff.

It was not warm for a long time. I called to reflect that the maintenance staff came for a long time. It was not repaired for a long time. Breakfast is unpalatable, the variety is small, the experience is not at all, and I will never come again next time! 3. Must praise this hotel! Good location, convenient travel, many foods around. The room decoration is simple and stylish, with excellent lighting and ventilation. The staff was kind and checked in and checked out very quickly. The gym and swimming pool facilities are well maintained, and the breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western styles to meet the needs of different tastes. A great stay!

Wonderful modern hotel located in the heart of historic Ft. Worth. Friendly service and beautiful views.

The ONLY ONE elevator in the building wasnt working, almost got stuck in there LOADED with people. Then we had to walk up 6 floors to the room. We tried to cancel the last night and they wouldnt let us because it was prepaid. The maid did not clean the room the entire time we were there, had to ask for towels and wash rags. The internet says there is a shuttle to the Stockyards, NOT! They cancelled that last year.

Service was great checked in we Went to room, no microwave. Flat pillows, small room but perfect for our one night stay

Good location, clean. Satisfied with the price. It's good to come out at night and look around downtown Fort Worth. Check-in was also prompt and good.

My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall. However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay: - The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be. - The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air. - Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way. I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room. - (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay. - They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay. I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.
