"The receptionist, Stephanie, provided excellent service. The room was very clean, and the water pressure and drainage were good. Free breakfast was included. Unfortunately, the price was a bit high, and the bed lacked sufficient support."

"No hanging out in the hotel per se, though it is a busy one, people keep to themselves and whatever there doing is there business,as long as it's not visible to others, which in the neighborhood it is,but in the hotel it isn't."

"This location is in the nicer side of Phoenix. It was very clean and comfortable. After hours, you must use your room key to even enter the lobby, so it felt really safe. The rooms are really spacious and cozy. The beds have a dial that you can choose how soft or firm you would like it, which I thought was super cool. The shower was also really nice! I normally dislike hotel showers because they never have good water pressure or get cold quick. We had our own balcony with a nice view of the beautiful pool. The pool was heated and has a nice waterfall and bonfire at night. There’s vending machines and food and drinks for order in the lobby. It’s also super close to a ton of restaurants and stores. Over all everything was really nice. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Phoenix! "

"This is such a cute hotel that really feels like an oasis in the desert. The ambiance and vibe were all really great. The staff was extremely helpful. I enjoyed the welcome popsicles and the pool was great. The room was fairly clean and the tv had good options. The comforter kind of freaked me out as it looked like it was growing mold (see photo), but I just tried to think it was the cotton in the comforter all bunched up, at least that made me sleep better."

"For a hotel and spa, I expected more. Exterior and lobby look nice, but the rooms had an outdated modern feel, with paint chipping from the ceiling and the shower light flickering like a strobe light. Outdoor pool and hot tub area was a welcome benefit of staying here, but wish the staff would have taken time to remove leaves from the pool. Snacks and their free “breakfast” were very limited. The rooftop patio left something to be desired, like creativity. We did not try the on site restaurant, so I am unable to vouch for the services there. Front desk very accommodating and friendly. We did not try the spa service either as we couldn’t work it into our agenda."

"My stay at the best western was a pretty nice experience. The complementary breakfast was good and had a pretty wide variety of choices. The staff was pretty nice as well."

"The hotel did not give me a breakfast voucher when I checked in, even though my rate included breakfast. I had to ask for one in the morning when I discovered they charged for breakfast. When I checked out, they charged me for the room when I had already paid through Trip.com. I had to call them to get a credit processed. The rate they charged me was $132, but I paid Trip.com $162, so it wasn’t cheaper with Trip.com. The breakfast was very good though, I had avocado toast."
