"The hotel is quite new, but unfortunately the walls seem to have very poor sound insulation. I could clearly hear people talking in the hallway and in the neighboring rooms throughout the night. There was also constant noise from the plumbing and water pump, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Another issue was the mosquitoes. They were able to get into the room through the ventilation fan, so I ended up dealing with quite a few during my stay. On the positive side, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept well whenever it was quiet. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay if you’re a heavy sleeper or not sensitive to noise. However, if you’re a light sleeper, the noise could be a significant drawback."

"The accommodation is centrally located, making travel convenient. The room size is just right, and the bed is soft and comfortable, not too plush. Each room comes with four pillows. The soundproofing is excellent; I didn't hear any traffic noise or conversations from neighboring rooms during my stay. I especially loved the scent inside the room; it was relaxing and fragrant upon entry. Parking might be limited and a bit challenging for new drivers. There were no toothbrushes in the room, but you can request them from the staff."

"arrived at the hotel around 1:00 PM and completed the check-in process. However, I was informed that the official check-in time was 3:00 PM, which felt a bit late to me since it is usually around 2:00 PM in most hotels. They offered early check-in for an additional 300 baht, which is essentially half a day’s charge. Considering it was only for about two hours, I didn’t think it was worth paying, so I decided to wait. It seemed like the rooms were actually available, but they still made us wait until the official check-in time. There were about 2–3 other people waiting like me. In the end, they gave the rooms only a few minutes before 3:00 PM, keeping everyone waiting almost until the last moment. Regarding the room, it was not bad overall. However, I found the hotel to be quite old and worn out. Perhaps because it is located in a smaller city with less competition, it can still attract customers. In a more competitive area, it would be difficult for this hotel to compete with newer properties. One thing that caught my attention was the bathtub, which appeared to have been repainted. The same goes for the floors and tiles—they also seemed to be painted over. In my opinion, this does not create a very nice appearance, although it looks like a cheap solution they chose. The air conditioning was working properly and without any issues. The television was not a smart TV, and it showed local channels, although the signal was a bit grainy. The Wi-Fi, on the other hand, worked smoothly without any problems. I stayed for one night. The location is central, but since the city itself is small, it’s not a particularly large or significant center. Considering the price, it was acceptable. There were definitely better hotels available, but they were more expensive. For one night, it served my purpose. Would I choose this hotel again? Probably not. One more thing to mention: while waiting in the lobby, I noticed that the seating area was quite worn out. The fabrics were dirty, and the cushions had sunk in. This does not create a good first impression for guests. I think improving this area should be a priority. I did not try the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. Overall, it is an average place, but in my opinion, there are many things that need improvement. For one night, it was enough"

"Silp-Pa is a charming boutique hotel with its own art gallery, which gives the property a unique and creative atmosphere. It's a special place that stands out from standard hotels. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Although the balcony faced the front of the building rather than the back, it was still a lovely place to sit and relax, especially in good weather. The location is excellent and very central, making it easy to explore the surrounding area on foot. What really made the stay memorable was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Silp-Pa to anyone looking for a unique boutique hotel in a great location."

"Stayed here over the New Year Great location to get around Very near train station and main bridge/road in to the historic part and right on the river Breakfast were wonderful However evening meals in the same restarunt are bit of a let down and very expensive . A great 4* hotel near everything"

"Location is good. Check-in counter opens 24 hours. Quite limited parking space but the staff was quite helpful in finding other nearby places to park the car. The only big con was the room was quite prone to noise from outside. I woke up a few times probably because the staff was communicating with the front-desk about other guests from rooms nearby were checking out."

"First thing, Aircon was not cold. But we were quite tired. So just slept. My friend also found a cockroach in the room. But just took care of it by herself. Cockroaches are big minus for me. Another room’s lock was not working well. So she moved another room but still same problem. Hotel is very large. And a bit spooky. Heard they r renovating now and preparing for grand opening. Perhaps will be better after their grand opening as they are still in progress of maintenance."

"The location is fantastic, right inside the Old City. It's a family guesthouse, and you can see many temples directly from the hotel. There's a bar right at the entrance where you can eat, located on the street, yet the environment is very quiet. It feels like a real local spot. I loved it."

"The facilities seem brand new and are very clean, but it can get a bit noisy due to many company conferences held on the second floor. There's a shopping mall nearby, so you don't have to worry about meals. However, there might not be enough to do in Ayutthaya for more than a day, so it's probably best not to stay longer than 3 nights/4 days."
