Graeme CoulterBrilliant place. Catch the boat from the pier if you are catching transport there as it cuts 30 min off a dirt road trip. The villa rooms are spacious with a comfortable bed, coffee machine, stocked fridge and a view that is fantastic especially stargazing at night catching the stars and moonlight on the river. Plenty to do especially around water including tours around the area. Nice restaurant to enjoy breakfast and dinner and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to our next trip for an Anzac Day service at Hellfire Pass.

Guest UserThe resort is quite large, and the two pools are good. The pillows were a bit high. On May 7th, it rained all night, and there was a rhythmic, low-pitched sound outside for several hours that I couldn't identify, which affected my sleep.

Guest UserOverall, it was okay. The receptionist was very friendly. However, there was a small nail on the bed frame, and my wife got injured and bled. I explained everything and even drew a picture. When we returned in the evening, the same problem persisted. The kitchen was fine, but it was the worst one we encountered during our trip to Thailand. The resort definitely needs a renovation.

Guest UserThe hotel has spacious grounds and beautiful decor, making it feel very close to nature. The rooms are large and clean, and the hot springs are well-maintained. The breakfast offers a good variety.
A small suggestion: due to the natural surroundings, insects can easily get into the rooms. Also, the hotel is located about 2 kilometers down from the main road (on a private road belonging to the hotel). However, it's definitely worth it considering the quality and service.

Truly an amazing experience to stay on a raft floating on the River Kwai. The floating raft resort can only be accessed via free boat shuttles operated by the hotel. You cannot expect all the luxuries here but the experience is priceless. A must visit hotel

Guest UserThis is my second time staying here. The camp located near the Hell fire pass. You can enjoy the atmosphere of the forest deep away from the main road. While I was staying, it rain a lot and you can feel the sound of rain dropping against the camp roof. The facilities and the food are Ok.

Vera EWe really enjoyed our stay!
We stayed at this hotel more than 10 years ago and were a bit worried it might have lost its charm, but it turned out to be even better than before. The raft house was perfect for one night — very exotic and peaceful — but if we were to stay longer, we’d choose a room in the new building, which looks fantastic. The restaurant was great, and we especially loved the hot springs!
The hotel staff were very helpful — our friends forgot a wallet in the safe, and the team kept it safe for us and arranged a boat trip to the spa outside of working hours. Excellent hospitality and a beautiful, well-kept jungle hotel! Definitely recommend for staying.

Wonderful hotel. It's in a remote location, so I recommend having your own car to get there and to explore the area if that’s what you’re looking for.
The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was really helpful and accommodating to vegetarian guests like me. They even took us to a nearby coffee shop (U Terrace, which I strongly recommend) in their own car.
The food is tasty, and both breakfast and dinner are included.
There is free rafting available in an amazing location, and the swimming pool is great.

Guest UserI stayed in a raft room. It was very clean and modernly furnished, but had a few minor defects, like a broken curtain tie hook. It was also hard to find the light switch. Anyway, these are minor issues. The main problem was the balcony. It didn't have a partition between rooms, only a small pot of died bamboo. When people walked past my room through the balcony, we felt we had no privacy. We can see other people face when i sit at the balcony. Also, the balcony didn't have access to the river. Although there were steps leading down close to the river, they weren't low enough for my feet to touch the water, and there were no stairs down to the water. This might not be an important detail, but this is the thing you expect when you choose to stay on a raft. About the breakfast was in a la carte. You can choose only one plate. You can't order more. And for my porridge it was too salty, disappointing. About the staff try to do their best, but they still not professional. For example we saw the group before us they had had a welcome drink which we didn't.
