The facilities seem brand new and are very clean, but it can get a bit noisy due to many company conferences held on the second floor. There's a shopping mall nearby, so you don't have to worry about meals. However, there might not be enough to do in Ayutthaya for more than a day, so it's probably best not to stay longer than 3 nights/4 days.

Silp-Pa is a charming boutique hotel with its own art gallery, which gives the property a unique and creative atmosphere. It's a special place that stands out from standard hotels. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Although the balcony faced the front of the building rather than the back, it was still a lovely place to sit and relax, especially in good weather. The location is excellent and very central, making it easy to explore the surrounding area on foot. What really made the stay memorable was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Silp-Pa to anyone looking for a unique boutique hotel in a great location.

The hotel is a renovation of an old house with a very good courtyard design. The artistic design inside the hotel is also very distinctive. The rooms are large, and each room has two beds to meet the accommodation needs of a family. In addition, there are soft drinks and beer in the kitchen refrigerator. I especially recommend this B&B.

arrived at the hotel around 1:00 PM and completed the check-in process. However, I was informed that the official check-in time was 3:00 PM, which felt a bit late to me since it is usually around 2:00 PM in most hotels. They offered early check-in for an additional 300 baht, which is essentially half a day’s charge. Considering it was only for about two hours, I didn’t think it was worth paying, so I decided to wait. It seemed like the rooms were actually available, but they still made us wait until the official check-in time. There were about 2–3 other people waiting like me. In the end, they gave the rooms only a few minutes before 3:00 PM, keeping everyone waiting almost until the last moment. Regarding the room, it was not bad overall. However, I found the hotel to be quite old and worn out. Perhaps because it is located in a smaller city with less competition, it can still attract customers. In a more competitive area, it would be difficult for this hotel to compete with newer properties. One thing that caught my attention was the bathtub, which appeared to have been repainted. The same goes for the floors and tiles—they also seemed to be painted over. In my opinion, this does not create a very nice appearance, although it looks like a cheap solution they chose. The air conditioning was working properly and without any issues. The television was not a smart TV, and it showed local channels, although the signal was a bit grainy. The Wi-Fi, on the other hand, worked smoothly without any problems. I stayed for one night. The location is central, but since the city itself is small, it’s not a particularly large or significant center. Considering the price, it was acceptable. There were definitely better hotels available, but they were more expensive. For one night, it served my purpose. Would I choose this hotel again? Probably not. One more thing to mention: while waiting in the lobby, I noticed that the seating area was quite worn out. The fabrics were dirty, and the cushions had sunk in. This does not create a good first impression for guests. I think improving this area should be a priority. I did not try the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. Overall, it is an average place, but in my opinion, there are many things that need improvement. For one night, it was enough

This is a truly unique place that makes you feel like you've come to visit distant relatives. The building itself has an authentic atmosphere where you can sit on the balcony on the second floor, sip coffee, and gaze at ancient ruins. It's incredibly quiet here, which enhances the sense of peace you feel in this spot.

The hotel is quite new, but unfortunately the walls seem to have very poor sound insulation. I could clearly hear people talking in the hallway and in the neighboring rooms throughout the night. There was also constant noise from the plumbing and water pump, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Another issue was the mosquitoes. They were able to get into the room through the ventilation fan, so I ended up dealing with quite a few during my stay. On the positive side, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept well whenever it was quiet. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay if you’re a heavy sleeper or not sensitive to noise. However, if you’re a light sleeper, the noise could be a significant drawback.

To put it bluntly, the impression of the place is ambiguous. In fact, it is a few wooden houses around the reservoir and across the road a few more. A small wooden reception. Where are the photos on trip com with the huge buildings and columns from? They don't exist or they are someone's virtual fantasy. The grounds are maintained the lodges are clean. Severely disappointed with a very poor and unpalatable breakfast. Smoothed out with good coffee in a coffee shop with a veranda on the territory. There was a loy kratong holiday and we decided to go kratong on the river. The hotel employee offered to take us on a tuk tuk, we agreed. But he came not himself but his acquaintance and offered to do it 4 times more expensive than a normal cab from Bolt. Apparently we had to share with the employee. And all this next to our car. All this was quite stupid and left a bad impression of the hotel staff. By the totality of qualities and emotions from the visit to no one do not recommend anyone to visit here. You can see that the owner is trying and some employees spoil everything with incorrect behavior and petty deception.

Stayed herenfor a few nights in Nov 2025. The place is basically a converted old style family home build sometime in the early 1900s. It was interesting to get to stay in a traditional river house however, the sound really carries. You can hear everything that is happening in other rooms. There is no TV, and most rooms have a shared bathroom. The wifi worked ok and the owner was friendly. This is not a place everyone would enjoy, you really have to be ok with a homestay type of situation. The house is on the river and you can sit in various spots and watch the boats and debris go by. A scooter can be rented next door and there are a couple restaurants available till about 8pm. After 8 pm you will need to go further away.
