BabyinnThe hotel has a beautiful design, is new, and very clean. The staff are friendly, always smiling, and provide excellent, attentive service, especially Khun Kai.
My room was located right in front of the elevator, and the elevator's alert sound was quite loud. This caused some disturbance as the room didn't seem to be very soundproof against outside noise.
The water pressure was quite low, and it was difficult to adjust the hot water temperature – it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. There was no Netflix on the TV, which would have been a great addition. ☺️
Overall, it's a pleasant hotel to stay at. If these small details could be improved, it would be even more impressive! 🥰

Kingbit1970We stayed two nights in this place and I have no negative feedbacks with place.
For the price we paid, I am very satisfied with the room it's very clean and most of all no bad smell.
There's no full breakfast available but you can get free coffee and snack on the rooftop. But there's a big
refrigerator, microwave and kitchenette in the room so we always buy food and drink and stock in the
refrigerator.
We will definitely stay again in this place.

The location is excellent, with direct access to the beach—you can walk down and swim in the sea right away. The staff take great care of guests and provide very attentive service. Parking is a bit limited, so at times you may need to park on the roadside, but the staff are very helpful and keep a good watch over the area.

DeluyixiaomaipuThe hotel's pool area is really nice, and the food prices are affordable. A couple of rooms had a slight odor from the drains. There's a shuttle service to two large malls, but the wait times between pickups and drop-offs are a bit long. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Hua Hin and truly didn’t want to leave. The hotel’s amenities and overall environment are absolutely amazing. The pool area is beautiful and perfect for relaxing, creating such a peaceful atmosphere throughout the property.
Breakfast was another highlight — there is a huge variety of options and everything we tried was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and always eager to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
We loved every moment of our trip and can’t wait to come back. This is truly a perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

Everything was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped us with any questions we had. Since we had an early check-out, the staff prepared containers with sandwiches, yogurt, and juice. They also helped us store our luggage. After our stay, we booked a stay at this hotel again.
Upon check-in, they offered drinks and complimentary cola, chips, extra water, and cookies in the room. There were also gifts upon check-out.
There are two small swimming pools. The sea, supermarket, and self-service laundromat are all within walking distance of the hotel.
Minor drawbacks: the plumbing needs more attention and the sound is very loud.

Guest UserI was unimpressed from check-in. There were two front desk staff members, both busy with other guests, so we had to wait in the seating area. One of the staff members finished with their customer but didn't even glance our way. They just walked back and forth at the desk, glued to their computer screen. Out of courtesy, seeing they were busy, we waited for them to call us. But they never did; their eyes remained fixed on the computer until another guest walked in and was immediately checked in. Then three or four more guests came after that, and I couldn't take it anymore. In the end, I had to stand in line, and by the time I finally checked in, probably three or four other rooms had already been processed. The front desk had zero eye contact and no greeting whatsoever. This is truly unacceptable.
Regarding the room, it was very spacious, but there were ants, as shown in the attached video.
As for the towels in the bathroom, their condition was as shown in the pictures. Honestly, if I had towels like that at home, I would throw them away.
In the morning, I couldn't find the hairdryer plug anywhere in the bathroom. It wasn't until the evening that I discovered it was inside the same drawer as the hairdryer. You had to pull the drawer out completely to see the plug. I don't understand their organization at all; how many people would pull the drawer out that far? The only plug that was prominently visible was the shaver socket.
On the first night, I didn't finish all the complimentary water, leaving one bottle. When I returned, instead of having three bottles (the original two plus one for the one I drank), they only added one bottle, replacing the one I consumed. The benefit we should receive is two bottles of water per day. Some might call me stingy, but I just see it as unfair.
In summary, my impression of this place is a 2 out of 10.

Guest UserUR Huahin Residence was a different kind of place. It's an inconvenient 45 minute walk from Hua Hin's centre/Beach but the complex is self sufficient. All you need is there, so long as you have transport.
It's true what others say - most of the offerings on the menu of their restaurant (Yellow Bus), are pricey, and the inclusive buffet breakfast is meagre. No other restaurants nearby and a 600 m walk to a 7-11.
That said, the pool is first class and we'll kept. A laundry service on site, is great.
I thought I was getting a mountain-view room but ended up on a low floor facing the parking lot - bearable for just four days. High floor suites are apparently reserved for long term snowbirds who rent by the month.
Service replacing amenities was daily and generous.
Suite was generally clean except for a few small dead insects found upon arrival, that may have crawled in from the pigeon nest on my balcony next to the a/c exhaust.
In a pinch, I'd stay here again because the price is fair.🙂

IrohkaStayed one night with my 10-year-old child. The air conditioning worked, it was clean, towels were provided, and there was hot water. They forgot to put out water bottles though. The sea is nearby, and the pool is super. It's a 20-minute walk to the nearest 7-Eleven, where you can also find an ATM.

Accessible location - as it is near the railway station, the beach and the Hua Hin night market.
You get what you pay for, as the hotel building is quite old & some areas of the hotel wasn't kept clean but it is pretty much safe and okay for budget travellers & short-stays (we booked this for 1 night only).
Service of the staff is good. I've added a picture of the free breakfast we availed from Hua Hin Euro City Hotel.
