Amazing
GGuest UserThe owner was so incredibly kind and attentive. The room smelled lovely, the bed was soft, and the sheets, blankets, and pillows were all super clean. The bathroom was spotless, and the room itself was spacious and fully equipped. It's really close to all the city's attractions, and there's plenty of parking, which is very convenient. The view is nice, and it's quiet and peaceful – perfect for relaxing. After staying here, I really didn't want to go back to work; I just wanted to stay another night and sleep in!

AAlex_22ruThis guesthouse is excellent, with incredibly responsive staff! We booked for 2 days and were happy with everything except the soundproofing, but even that can be overlooked considering the guesthouse is in a renovated old house, built on stilts. We're not picky travelers, so we were neutral about this point, as the guesthouse itself, its location, and of course, the staff more than made up for this drawback. Breakfast isn't mentioned in the description, but it's available on-site, which was a pleasant surprise as it saved us time for visiting temples. Don't expect anything gourmet for breakfast: just toast, muffins, tea, coffee, cocoa, boiled eggs, etc. It's enough to satisfy your morning hunger.

XXiarizhongxiayeThe hotel is a renovation of an old house with a very good courtyard design. The artistic design inside the hotel is also very distinctive. The rooms are large, and each room has two beds to meet the accommodation needs of a family. In addition, there are soft drinks and beer in the kitchen refrigerator. I especially recommend this B&B.

GGuest UserExcellent host, always trying to make sure everything was right for our stay. Room was very clean with both A/c and a fan. Beds comfortable. Even had an area we could sit out in the balcony. Location is ok, plenty of places to eat and drink and of course not far to walk to the ruins. We didn't use the bikes so can't say anything on that. We joined an evening boat tour to see 3 temples which was good, you get a tuk tuk there and back but need to pay additional to get into each place. Would recommend you to stay here.

LLuis ManuelI really loved the room that we had, the kids even more so. My room had an attic that was turned into a room, so it was perfect for the kids. The bathroom was small, but we had no issue with it. The bed was extra soft, the way I like it. There was also a shared bathroom outside our room. On the second floor they had free snacks and cup noodles, as well toothbrushes, shavers, towels, ear plugs and such. The bad thing about this place is that it's right in front of a big road so it's pretty noisy during the night and morning, that is why they provide ear plugs for sleeping at night, so I really recommend grabbing some. There are many nearby temples and ruins, so they offer bike rental for 50 baht for one for the whole day. I don't recommend this unless you have experience riding in the streets as it could be really dangerous due to the big road in front of the hotel. There is also a 7-11 and Lotus convenience store a few blocks away with many local street food to eat from. But the best place to eat is near the hotel on the left corner of the street coming out from the hotel. It's a Michelin Guide Recommend restaurant named Khun Pranorm Chicken Noodle, and they have the best chicken sweet soup noodles I ever tried. All of their menu is really good and at a good price.

YYigit Darrived at the hotel around 1:00 PM and completed the check-in process. However, I was informed that the official check-in time was 3:00 PM, which felt a bit late to me since it is usually around 2:00 PM in most hotels. They offered early check-in for an additional 300 baht, which is essentially half a day’s charge. Considering it was only for about two hours, I didn’t think it was worth paying, so I decided to wait. It seemed like the rooms were actually available, but they still made us wait until the official check-in time. There were about 2–3 other people waiting like me. In the end, they gave the rooms only a few minutes before 3:00 PM, keeping everyone waiting almost until the last moment. Regarding the room, it was not bad overall. However, I found the hotel to be quite old and worn out. Perhaps because it is located in a smaller city with less competition, it can still attract customers. In a more competitive area, it would be difficult for this hotel to compete with newer properties. One thing that caught my attention was the bathtub, which appeared to have been repainted. The same goes for the floors and tiles—they also seemed to be painted over. In my opinion, this does not create a very nice appearance, although it looks like a cheap solution they chose. The air conditioning was working properly and without any issues. The television was not a smart TV, and it showed local channels, although the signal was a bit grainy. The Wi-Fi, on the other hand, worked smoothly without any problems. I stayed for one night. The location is central, but since the city itself is small, it’s not a particularly large or significant center. Considering the price, it was acceptable. There were definitely better hotels available, but they were more expensive. For one night, it served my purpose. Would I choose this hotel again? Probably not. One more thing to mention: while waiting in the lobby, I noticed that the seating area was quite worn out. The fabrics were dirty, and the cushions had sunk in. This does not create a good first impression for guests. I think improving this area should be a priority. I did not try the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. Overall, it is an average place, but in my opinion, there are many things that need improvement. For one night, it was enough

AAnonymous UserTo put it bluntly, the impression of the place is ambiguous. In fact, it is a few wooden houses around the reservoir and across the road a few more. A small wooden reception. Where are the photos on trip com with the huge buildings and columns from? They don't exist or they are someone's virtual fantasy. The grounds are maintained the lodges are clean. Severely disappointed with a very poor and unpalatable breakfast. Smoothed out with good coffee in a coffee shop with a veranda on the territory. There was a loy kratong holiday and we decided to go kratong on the river. The hotel employee offered to take us on a tuk tuk, we agreed. But he came not himself but his acquaintance and offered to do it 4 times more expensive than a normal cab from Bolt. Apparently we had to share with the employee. And all this next to our car. All this was quite stupid and left a bad impression of the hotel staff. By the totality of qualities and emotions from the visit to no one do not recommend anyone to visit here. You can see that the owner is trying and some employees spoil everything with incorrect behavior and petty deception.

SSilverfootStayed herenfor a few nights in Nov 2025. The place is basically a converted old style family home build sometime in the early 1900s. It was interesting to get to stay in a traditional river house however, the sound really carries. You can hear everything that is happening in other rooms. There is no TV, and most rooms have a shared bathroom. The wifi worked ok and the owner was friendly. This is not a place everyone would enjoy, you really have to be ok with a homestay type of situation. The house is on the river and you can sit in various spots and watch the boats and debris go by. A scooter can be rented next door and there are a couple restaurants available till about 8pm. After 8 pm you will need to go further away.
