"It’s a very beautiful well decorated boutique hotel, with English speak friendly staff! We did room only so cannot comment on the food but the hospitality was second to none!!! We had no issues at all! The spa small but very clean and ideal for a quick dip in the jacuzzi followed by a sweat session in the sauna. Our whole party loved the hotel and the location. It’s a small cab ride from the hotel in to the shopping center and the castle is a couple minutes walk. We all said we would come again and stay here!"

"Great customer service! Room was a decent size. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the fact that we can order our eggs how we want vice getting scrambled from the buffet.easy to get Uber and taxi. We walked one night from the town square where the chriatmas market was and it took us about 30 minutes. Short drive to Schindler factory and jewsih walls. About 30 min drive to Salt mine."

"Well worth the money, that said I found the bed a little soft but the shower OMG. The old town is a ten minute walk with a taxi rank at the end of the street. Restaurants are but a short walk as are shops for snacks and stuff. Trips can be booked from the hotel."

"The location is really great, the environment is great, there are supermarkets, restaurants, bars and everything else around, all within walking distance, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the old town, which is really convenient. A very satisfying stay. The only thing to note is that the hair dryer in the hotel is prone to overheating. It took a long time to blow dry my long hair, and I had to stop and start. If possible, bring your own hair dryer."
