"Our stay at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. The location is amazing, with plenty of stores right nearby and just a few minutes' drive from Centaurus Mall, making it very convenient. The rooms were spotlessly clean and equipped with all the necessities, ensuring a very comfortable stay. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the incredible service. The staff was amazing, very kind, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They promptly helped us with our luggage, and since it was near Iftar time, they generously brought us Iftar and drinks without us even asking. The reception desk was always ready to help with any request, and they even allowed us a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The hotel restaurant serves the best Chinese food and amazing drinks. Room service was quick and efficient. Honestly, everything was impressive and perfect. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in in Islamabad. Highly recommended!"
