Guest UserGood for families, especially with kids—they have a Kidzone, which is a nice bonus. The place has a great vacation vibe, and overall we had a pleasant stay. However, it’s not very stroller-friendly since there are many stairs and no ramps, which can also be challenging for seniors. The food was good, and we appreciated that they changed some of the menu daily, which kept meals interesting. Overall, it’s still a nice place to stay. 😊

I had a fantastic 3-day, 2-night stay at this hotel. The rooms are spotless, and the staff are incredibly professional. Situated right in the city center, it’s the best choice for a budget-friendly stay near everything. Just be aware that current renovations may cause some noise, and you will need to use a service elevator and pass through the parking lot requiring a short walk to the main road.
Overall its a choice.

Guest UserThis hotel has some good points:
1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

We had a wonderful stay at Sotogrande Hotel Baguio as a family. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for traveling with a child. The staff were warm, polite, and very accommodating, which made our stay even more pleasant. We loved the quiet, relaxing atmosphere and the cool Baguio weather. Overall, it was a comfortable and stress-free stay, and we’d gladly recommend it to families visiting Baguio.

iamrichinitaThe breakfast is good for the price, there are days that the menu is better. But overall, it’s acceptable. There’s just some issue in terms of the response time of the staff, when requests were not catered immediately. The road going to the hotel is also under repair that’s kinda hassle. There’s no elevator connected directly to the floows so you have to take the stairs 😅

Our stay at Hotel Urban Khotel (Kurban Hotel) in Baguio was truly enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. They were consistently polite, attentive, and always willing to assist, which really made a difference in our overall experience.
The cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding. Rooms, hallways, and common areas are spotless, and you can tell that housekeeping takes pride in their work. The rooms are well-kept, comfortable, and provide everything you need for a relaxing stay.
Another highlight is the location. The hotel is conveniently situated—close enough to the heart of Baguio for easy access to popular spots, yet far enough to enjoy a calm and peaceful atmosphere. It’s a great balance for both relaxation and exploring the city.
The unlimited breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The food was tasty and filling, giving us the energy we needed to start our day of sightseeing. A bit more variety in the menu would be nice for guests staying multiple nights, but overall, it was a great perk.
What we really loved was the view from the hotel—absolutely beautiful and one of the things that makes this stay memorable. Waking up to the cool Baguio breeze and a nice view is definitely a bonus.
Overall, Hotel Urban Khotel (Kurban Hotel) exceeded our expectations. Clean, well-located, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and great views—everything you’d want in a Baguio getaway. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

Solamia AñascoThis was our second stay at Travelite Legarda. We usually go to Baguio every January. During our previous visit, we stayed at Travelite Express Hotel near Burnham Park, and the following year we decided to try Travelite Legarda. This is now our second time staying here.
We initially checked in to Room 321 and noticed that there was no hot water in the room. I immediately asked for assistance from the front desk because hot water is really important, especially since Baguio is very cold. FO Ericka and HK Arnold assisted us and helped transfer us to another room with hot water, Room 309.
At around 9:32 PM, we had already transferred to the new room. Since the hot water was working, I started taking a shower. After a few minutes, two male guests suddenly opened our room, which shocked us because they were able to access the room. The two guests said that the front office had also assigned Room 309 to them.
After I finished my shower, I waited for any staff or front office personnel to come, knock, or at least apologize for what happened—but no one came. I was really shocked and disappointed.
I also work in the hotel industry, so I understand that mistakes can happen, but this situation was clearly a serious negligence. At the very least, an apology should have been given to the guest. I don’t know if the staff were busy or unaware, but this experience was not good for any guest.
I hope this incident will not happen again to other guests in the future.

The place is cozy and homey. I wished however they check the showers if they are working properly. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Other than the concern with the shower it is a very lovely place to stay while in Baguio.

The hotel and staff were fine . The amenities over the road were excellent. Great restaurants and patisserie. Location was a nightmare to get to and from Baguio centre . But that was mainly due to it being the busiest most unfriendly city in the Philipunes. Not to be recommended to westerners
