"I'm usually reluctant to write reviews, but in this case, I can't. All—and I mean, all—the staff are incredibly professional, competent, and helpful, hard to find elsewhere. The rooms were cleaned regularly, with all towels replaced daily. The breakfast was rich, tasty, and complete, featuring freshly prepared products (pancakes, yogurt, fruit salad, jams, and freshly squeezed orange juice). The reception staff were always available to resolve any logistical or organizational issues, including excursions. During our stay, my wife had health problems. I asked for directions to a pharmacy, and without hesitation, they took me there on their scooter, translating my requests for the pharmacist. The chef is incredibly talented at cooking both Moroccan and Italian dishes, and he was also always available to accommodate every request. In short, a fantastic riad and superb staff."

"Highly recommend any travellers to Marrakesh to stay in this raid! It is walking distance to most of the attractions and the hospitality from this raid has been amazing! Staffs were very friendly and helpful too. The breakfast provided was amazing too! What you see in other reviews with regards to the mouldy bathrooms, I personally feel that it’s all part of the aesthetic of the raid. Apart from that, we loved our room in this raid as it was really clean and cosy!"

Риад находится недалеко от входа в Медину в спокойном районе, можно пешком дойти до всех достопримечательностей. Персонал отзывчивый, приятный и вежливый. Завтраки небольшие, но вкусные и сытные. Современная система открывания входной двери с помощью приложения на телефоне. Номер просторный и интересный по оформлению, есть чай, кофе, холодильник. В Риаде атмосфера покоя и доброжелательности, тихо и спокойно."

"Nice riad with excellent service. They picked us up from the taxi on the first day and helped us meet the driver on our return. The breakfast was good, which was much appreciated as we would have found it difficult to start the day looking for somewhere to eat. It's a 20-minute walk from the main square."

"The room was nice and clean. The bathroom didn't have a door, but it was designed so that water wouldn't get all over the floor. The hotel restaurant was nice, and the bar staff were very friendly. They would be a little slow when there were many people."

"The interior is just as beautiful and colorful as pictured. I really appreciated the mineral water and the powerful hairdryer in the room. Breakfast was also incredibly delicious. However, the area around the riad isn't the safest, and there are scammers lingering around offering directions. If you're a woman traveling alone, I'd advise being cautious when moving around. It's also quite a distance to various tourist attractions. I also had a massage, which was excellent. Every staff member was very attentive and helpful."

"There was not body wash in the bathroom for the first night we stayed, so we could only use hand soap for bathing after our workout at midnight. We informed the front desk staff the next morning about this and he promised to follow up. However, the body wash bottle was still empty when we returned hotel in afternoon. We again asked the cleansing lady to follow up and she said ‘OK’ to us, unfortunately the result was the same when we returned the room after dinner. I believe good services to the guests by a world class hotel is significant, so recurrence of such kind of matter should be avoided. Thanks."

"Cute riad, and clean, but that's about all I can say. The room was tiny and stiflingly hot; the air conditioning couldn't even cope with such a small space. The bathroom/toilet doors were inconvenient and really just for show. All the bedding was covered in terrible pilling – it wasn't just how it looked, it felt like sleeping on a grater, very uncomfortable and unpleasant, and the mattress was hard. The breakfast was a joke: a mini flatbread, a small pancake, and a tiny biscuit. They poured a sip of juice into the bottom of a glass, served a 200ml teapot (meant for two) and all this with a cheerful 'enjoy!' What is there to enjoy? Couldn't they at least offer one egg? We eat breakfast at the hotel not to take thoughtful pictures over a biscuit, but so we don't have to run around the city an hour later looking for a proper meal. And the first thing they did when we arrived was try to upsell us on extra services (hammam, massage) – they didn't even let us go to our room, they sat us down and said, 'choose!'"
