"Close to the tram station, easy access to any point in the city. The area is quiet and clean, away from city noise. Upon check-in, we didn't see our payment through Trip.com and were asked for a $900 deposit, which is twice the total cost of our entire stay. When I asked about payment details, they said it was a weekend and couldn't confirm the details. It's unclear why this happened, as I paid three weeks in advance. The next day, they saw the payment and returned the deposit. I think there was a misunderstanding, but it left a bad feeling. Otherwise, no problems, I recommend it."

"I was not satisfied with the price of 600-700 yuan a night. The most I could pay in China was 200 yuan! There was no toothpaste, toothbrush, mouthwash cup, slippers, face towel, drinking water or kettle. The space was small (maybe they added a bed to the single room, and only one bedside had a socket), and the air conditioner was broken."

"Try to choose a quiet room on the second floor, and avoid rooms facing the road as they can be very noisy. I specifically asked and found that none of the Ibis hotels provide slippers. The restaurant has a bar where you can drink, and the location is convenient."

Whenever we had doubts about anything (taxis, markets, hidden spots), they were there, patiently answering questions, always picking up the phone promptly, and even guiding us with precise directions to local gems. They made our trip seamless and stress-free. Food highlights were next-level. The late-night teas were a lifesaver after long days exploring – aromatic mint tea served with warmth and perfect sweetness under the stars. Dinners were flavorful feasts of tagines, couscous, and fresh salads that burst with local spices. Breakfast? A lavish spread of fluffy pancakes, fresh fruits, cheeses, and endless Moroccan pastries – we never wanted to leave the table! This riad is simply a nice place run by the best team. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts – we strongly recommend it to everyone visiting Fez. We’ll be back!"
