"I had a wonderful stay at Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Beirut. The entire team was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to Paul, Amira, and Ahmad for their kindness, support, and professionalism. Even the team members whose names I didn’t catch were amazing and made me feel truly at home. The location is excellent, very convenient and central. This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Lebanon again. Highly recommended."

"Excellent service. The internet didn't work at all on the first day, so we were moved to a room with a better connection (from the 7th to the 2nd floor). The staff is very responsive and always ready to help. Breakfast is a buffet: boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, beans, bread, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, salami, two types of cereal, two juices, tea, and coffee. They also make flatbreads with cheese and herbs. The first couple of days are great, but then you get tired of it because the main dishes don't change at all, it's always the same. I think some variety would be nice. The cleaning service is simply excellent! We fly often, usually staying in five-star hotels, and frankly, the cleaning here was truly amazing, a level above many other places. They clean every day. The rooms are a little dated, but everything you need is there, and, as I mentioned above, they're really clean. The only thing is, you can't walk barefoot on the floor, but otherwise, everything is great."

"The hotel was good and pleasant, lost power is a normal thing in Lebanon. The hotel has very good back up battery for that and return with electricity within 1 minute. The only thing was that the water for shower is somehow salty, despite this point, I will return again."

"The hotel is only three minutes away from the beach. Before the day, I was worried that the conditions would be poor for the price of 400 yuan. As a result, the cleanliness was unexpectedly good. "The location at the hotel is good, the room liked, breakfast for three, every day the same, humus and sauces are acid, eggs are wet. There was also a displeasant situation that turned out when we had already evicted. The safe in the room didn't work and we left the wallet under the things. And later found out that it was not enough $100. Nowhere except in the hotel they could not go missing. So I advise everyone to be vigilant, no money in the room to leave and insist on a correct safe. Apparently the room service staff is unfair."

"I was in a room that was not renovated. And it was very bad. I payed extra to move to a renovated.Room, it was very nice.But need some work.It was a lot nicer than the old rooms, They hotel needs a little bit more work to be up to Standards of a 4 stars. The only main problem that really bothered me that there is no hot water What so ever only warm water/cold the stuff was very friendly and helpful The location is amazing I do recommend this hotel if you're only going to use it for sleeping"

"Benefits: The hotel room is large with a small balcony, the sea view is great, and the breakfast can be seen on the top floor. Disadvantages: 1. Book one month in advance and write an email to the hotel to book the airport pick-up service. After the arrival, I can't find the car. After I went to the hotel, I asked if I didn't even apologize. I said, ”Oh, the colleague who may have promised you forgot. ”. 2. The hotel is not allowed to bring water and food, and no kettle is provided. You can only drink mineral water from the small bar in the room. The cheapest one is a 2000LL bottle. 3. "Location is perfect. Too close to Zaitunay Bay. The room was clean.And staffs are very sincere,helpful and kind. All room has balcony but not good view :) only problem is sometimes can be noisy. Because there is a dining hall in the street. Too many motorcycles for workers. They start to work morning early. Only problem is too much loud of workers and motorcycles. Btw we check in early at 04:00 Am . Thanks for accepting us ( especially thanks for a woman reservation officer ) "
