The boss does not understand English and does not understand Chinese. The motel comes, but the price has nothing to say. There are also some things. There is a strange smell in the elevator. Overall, it is OK. The poor travel is no problem. The things are clean. The wifi is not bad. It is still Trip.com cost-effective. The tax increase is less than 200RMB. I stayed for 4 nights and there is a reservoir around. The location is very convenient, there are 13 buses, you can't find the water tree or motel namu on Google maps, remember to search suwon tree

Overall, it was clean and quiet at night. You could comfortably walk around barefoot, truly on par with a 5-star hotel! Due to environmental considerations, toiletries weren't provided. The front desk staff all spoke English and communication was very smooth, resolving any issues promptly. The staff were polite and enthusiastic, and there was even a Chinese check-in guide, which was a thoughtful touch and absolutely wonderful!
When staying at Suwon Number 25 Dongsuwon Intersection Branch, you'll be perfectly positioned to explore Paldal-gu.

First of all, considering the cost-effectiveness, it was great.
I was tired from a business trip and wanted to shower in warm water, so I made a reservation in a hurry, and the bathroom was clean without any mold or water stains.
The bed was nice and wide, but the white sheets felt like they needed to be replaced.
I'm not saying they didn't wash them, but they had a sense of age.
Disposable items were also well-equipped, and the soundproofing was
so good that I couldn't hear anything.
I really had a good night's sleep~ It was enough to make my cold go away.
The parking lot is relatively small.

It was clean and comfortable, but it's an old building remote, so I think it's a bit cold and noisy.
It was a satisfactory accommodation ^^

Luggage storage was well-managed, and I received a tag. Check-in was at 3 PM. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a convenience store, which was very handy. Getting to Suwon Hwaseong Fortress by bus was quite easy, but the subway station is a bit of a walk, about 10-15 minutes. The room was on the smaller side, making it difficult to fully open a large suitcase.

I would like to seriously recommend this hotel. The independent building is very unique. There is comfortable light music as soon as you enter the door. Everything is warm and very clean and refreshing.
I am in a room on the second floor. Although there is no elevator, the stairs are easy to walk. I brought a 30-inch suitcase with me. The space is just right for one person. However, if two long-distance travelers stay, the two large suitcases may only be half open. .
The bed is very comfortable, the pillows are also very good to sleep on, and it is very quiet at night, perfect for resting!
The hotel's logo is very cute and can be found everywhere, very thoughtful.
Free water bottles and juice are provided. In addition to a hair dryer, there is also a candy bar in the room. The washing supplies are also very careful and sincere.
The hotel is right next to the city wall, opposite EDIYA cafe next door. It is a three-minute walk to the Cultural Center bus station, and it is also within a ten-minute walk from the Hwaseong Palace and the cafe area.
After check-out, you can store your luggage.
I really like it here!

AAnonymous UserI was expected to have a nice stay at Marriott, however the reception person made me very disappointed to Marriott during the check in process.
Luckily, when I check out, the lady who was asking me ”if there's anything she can help?” It was just a regular Q&A section to her, but for me, she helped me to book the bus ticket to ICN and saved/helped me to had a nice day -- She was perfect to earn 100% points!
that's why I gave 3 points to Marriott while her colleague was not, this is balanced score...
However, what I felt on the first day arrival was horrible. Marriott, you need to think about your service attitude and the reason why you're Marriott?
Zzinn_1026This was my first time staying in a room with underfloor heating, and it was a lifesaver given the extreme temperature swings between day and night. The place is still new, and the price was reasonable, so overall it was excellent. The shower takes some getting used to, though.
AAnonymous UserWonderful hotel. The location is very convenient — right by the metro, making it easy to get to the university. Housekeeping was done daily upon request, and the bed linen was changed with each cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised by the Russian-speaking staff, which was completely unexpected in South Korea. The receptionist only spoke Korean, but with the help of a translator, we always quickly resolved our issues. Thank you very much.
KKARENThe building is new, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The floor I stayed on had a water server with ice, hot water, and cold water, which was very convenient.
The shower and toilet space are combined and there's no shower curtain, so it was a bit inconvenient that the toilet would get soaked after showering, but the floor dried quickly so it wasn't too much of a problem. The slippers in the room were quite thin, so flip-flops might be a good idea.
Also, the front desk staff were all cheerful and helpful, making my stay very pleasant!
MMagLimThe room was clean and spacious. Fresh clean towels were changed everyday. The location was good too with eateries nearby, subway and bus station were all within 5min walk. The airport limousine bus is right in front of the hotel which is so convenient.
The bathroom lighting is good for us ladies who needs doing makeup but with a full length mirror in the room would be perfect!
GGuest UserThe price is unbeatable, and the location as well. The Hotel seems to be in the middle of restoration works, and it is quite messy and dirty in the common areas and floors, bur if you need a place to sleep in the centre, that's just perfect.
The garage got full, so I had parked outside and asked the receptionist if I could leave the car there, which he confirmed, by taking my licence plate number. Then when I came back after 22.00 the car was gone. Luckily the next receptionist helped me to get a taxi and go to get the car back. The fine was very reasonable. And the next night the garage was full again, but this time I went to the public garage instead.
SSparklee14The room was clean with basic amenities. Housekeeping however was almost nonexistent for our 10 day stay. Someone came once in a while to empty the trash bins but the sheets were never swapped out nor the floors ever cleaned. All communication was done via text messages. I called the number on the booking confirmation and got a text almost immediately asking me to text any questions.
My biggest problem I had however was the fact that episode does not have en elevator. I was put on the 4th floor and hauling up my huge check in luggage’s were no joke and hauling back down on check out day nearly broke my back.
All in all, episode stay is located in a quiet alley with a CU located just steps away for store runs.
If you need to take public transportation, the bus stop is close by. If you travel with a lot of baggage, pray that you get a room on the 1st floor.
SSolo AceI have been coming to this hotel for a little over a year, and I never had any problems until they started making changes. I understand charging for basic amenities, but can you at least put a bar of soap in the bathroom for handwashing. I also didn't have the nice LG clothes closet that refreshes your clothes. I wasn’t able to freshen my jacket, and the mattress is also harder. They did install a bigger TV and added better TV remote directions in English with a channel listing. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I asked like I normally do, and not only was I denied, but I was also waved off as if he couldn't be bothered. I tried to tell him that I was going to the KTX, but he kept saying airport taxi across the street. Due to frustration and time constraints, I left. I didn't want to miss my train. I will definitely patron another hotel after this. Disappointed.
AaricarSpent three nights here, overall good especially considering the price, just 10 min walk from the station, walking distance to all attractions
Self check in, no staff
Bed is nice, comfortable and clean, the bathroom is too but walls, bed's headboard and chair are incredibily dirty, clearly a mistake to get textured/cloth-covered walls and chairs because the stains are almost impossible to clean, the overall vibe of the room feels dirty even if it's clearly been cleaned (and floor, bed, bathroom are clean).
