Hotels near Daegwallyeong Sky Ranch, Pyeongchang-gun

The check-in experience was disappointing. The front desk receptionist was rude, unfriendly, and impatient. As tourists who are not familiar with public transport online ticketing, we needed assistance, but the staff was not helpful. Better customer service and support for international guests are needed.

The room is incredibly spacious. I think it could fit eight people. Self-check-in is available, so I can check in early in the morning. It's nice that there are two bathrooms. There are also two TVs.

The room is exactly the same as in the photo, very clean and odorless, the floor is clean and warm when you walk barefoot, the bathroom has a bidet, there is a kitchen available, and the service staff is very friendly. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the ski resort by car. There are convenience stores and restaurants downstairs. It is about 20 minutes away from Zhenfu KTX.

This was my second visit, and as expected, the bedding was great, the room was spacious, and it was quiet, so I had a great time~

The overall service met our expectations. For beginner skiers like us, this ski resort is more than adequate. There hasn't been any recent snowfall, so all the snow on the slopes is man-made. The hotel room was spacious, a family-style layout with a large bed and a small bed, perfect for a family trip.

The accommodation has aฮิตเตอร์ in winter.

The place is good, 7 minutes to ski and has a supermarket and eatery place nearby. Honestly the room is nice, with cooking facilities but the owner was not friendly at all. The toilet was stuck and leak they came with only the plunger and ask us settle ourself. Is winter and we came with kids, the kids built a snowman and they destroyed the snowman after we went for ski trip. We are a group of 10 and we wanted to cook our dinner. There is a small hut with table and chair and BBQ facilities, we ask to BBQ facilities (We are willing to pay, 10,000 won as stated) but she said is winter so we can’t use the BBQ pit, ended up we use the stove to cook up the meat. The husband and wife came in to the huts and told us we can’t do BBQ but we explained to her we just cook the meat and we didn’t do any BBQ. We left the place with cleaner than we came in. I have to WhatsApp her and show her the place is cleaned. The warn us that we must left the place by 1am but in fact all of us finished eh 9.30pm every day since we are tired from Ski. During the last day, they came to us and I was thinking they come and say goodbye but they just make sure we throw every single piece of rubbish outside the house. My husband wear shoe and just step to take our luggage and the owner insist us to take out the shoe before we went in to the house. Although we have explained, we just step in and take the luggage and go, he insisted us to take out the shoes. I have been travelling all around the world and we do understand every cultural is different but as the operator of tourist industry, the owner has to be service minded. If you can’t accept any international travellers then please do not list your place in any platform or put up a notice that international tourist is not permitted to stay there and we won’t book accordingly. Is such a shame to see this happened to us after our 5th trip to Korea and our 3rd trip to Pyeongchang for ski.
