The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! This was my first time visiting, and I didn't get lost trying to find the hotel at all 😭 You don't even have to go downstairs from the subway station; you can just enter the hotel directly from the second floor, saving you from any detours. I had originally booked another hotel for my departure day, but because this hotel is so convenient for taking the subway to the airport, I decisively canceled the other booking and extended my stay here! It's just a few minutes' walk to the shopping street, where you can browse various souvenir shops, drugstores, and even Don Quijote. I also managed to check out Ichiran Ramen while I was there! The toiletries were incredibly thoughtful – they had everything from facial cleanser to exfoliating towels, and I was pleasantly surprised to even find hair essential oil. Overall, it was a great value and highly recommended.

Facilities: Hyatt's facilities are unbeatable, and the size is quite large for Japan. The breakfast selection was a bit limited and didn't change much over three days, but the food itself was delicious. The swimming pool is small, but better than nothing. The hot water temperature wasn't very stable at night, fluctuating quite a bit. And for some reason, the toilet lid kept falling down and hitting me. Other than that, everything else was fine. Service: Couldn't be better. Every time we arrived by taxi, the trunk was opened before we even got out, and they'd even help us check if we'd left anything in the seat 😂. All the staff spoke excellent English. Location: It's about 1600 JPY by taxi to the airport and around 5000 JPY to American Village. Kokusai Dori is a one-minute walk away, and there's a convenience store about 200 meters from the entrance. The pottery street across the road is fun to browse and shop. However, it's quite a distance from the port, the bus terminal, and Naminoue Shrine. I'd recommend staying closer to the bus terminal area. Kokusai Dori is a bit of a tourist trap for food, and there's not much else to see or do there.

I was able to check in around noon as my room was already prepared! They quickly handed me the key and showed me around the facilities. There was plenty of space to open my suitcase, and I honestly didn't expect such a comfortable solo room stay for such a low price. It was a really pleasant trip. The hotel is only about a 5-minute walk from the station, making it super convenient for solo travelers without a car. I was also thrilled to find high-end beauty tools like Refa, Kinujo, and Repronizer for the hair iron and dryer – a dream for any beauty enthusiast! The water server and amenities, including toothbrushes, hairbands, hair ties, and combs, were all perfectly stocked. It was a bit intimidating to use the shared shower and living spaces on the same floor as men, but even with that, it's definitely a place I'd want to stay at again.

I chose this because of the location which is perfect for my trip as I am taking A Line to Yoron the following day. The facility is clean, thanks to those maintaining it. How can I rate the service when it's just check in and there's even a machine? Check in process is straightforward. Trip.com should adjust their survey.

Location The hotel is conveniently situated on a side street just off the main road. It’s a quiet spot but offers easy access to nearby restaurants. Service Issues • Poor Communication: I arrived an hour before the 3:00 PM check-in time. While I understood that early check-in wasn't available, the staff directed me to a small, uncomfortable bench at entrance of restaurant to wait. It was pouring rain outside, and the seating was so poor I eventually chose to go out into the rain just to kill time. I later discovered a proper reception area with comfortable seating on the 11th floor—I wish the staff had directed me there instead of the hallway. • Misleading Incentives: The hotel provides an information card stating that guests receive a 1,000 credits for skipping room cleaning. I opted out twice during my first stay but never received the credit. When I returned for a second stay and inquired about it, the receptionist told me that since I had already checked out, there was ”no proof” the room wasn't cleaned no credit can be provided. It’s small, but the lack of accountability felt deceptive. Room Quality On a positive note, the rooms are very spacious, which made the physical stay quite comfortable

If you are an International traveller who arrives late after the airport closes and leaves before it opens, please be sure you understand everything about the entrance and exit. I highly recommend that you check with the airport information desk directly or ask the hostel by translation apps. It is a very good place to stay for anyone who plans to catch an early flight, though the staff cannot speak English fluently, which means it takes time to communicate. Breakfast is included!

We arrived almost midnight after a long day, looking forward to a good rest. The room (Deluxe Twin) was okay and comfortable, nothing much to complain about. However, the service was quite disappointing. We booked a Deluxe Twin under one name and naturally expected breakfast for two persons. Upon check-in, we were told breakfast was only for one, and we had to top up more than ¥5,000 for the second person. That was quite a surprise. What made it worse was the receptionist repeatedly making remarks in Japanese mentioning “Singaporean” during the conversation. Even if we didn’t fully understand everything, the tone and body language were uncomfortable and unnecessary. After a long journey, you really hope for warm hospitality — unfortunately, this was not the experience we had. Just sharing our experience.

Review of Japavista Casa De Boss, Okinawa About me: I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. Like this one in Okinawa, I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Japavista Cass De Boss for a relaxing group trip. ⸻ 👍 What I liked: • Modern Electronics: The villa was equipped with an impressive array of modern electronics, including a Dyson vacuum, air purifier, dehumidifier, Harman Kardon speaker, LG clothing purifier, SodaStream, and a coffee capsule machine, elevating the stay with high-tech convenience. • Spacious Layout: The villa was comfortably spacious, perfectly suited for 4 people for a relaxed group stay. • Clean Environment: The villa was generally very clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout the stay. • Free Parking: Convenient free parking right at the ground floor made it easy for us to come and go, especially with a rental car. • Nice View with Balcony: The balcony offered a beautiful view, just as advertised, providing a serene spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. • Basic Cooking Ingredients: The kitchen included essentials like oil, salt, and pepper, which was a thoughtful touch for preparing simple meals. • Private and quiet surroundings: Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests. ⸻ 👎 What could be improved: • Aging and Dirty Sofa: The sofa looked worn and dirty, to the point where I hesitated to sit on it, which detracted from the overall comfort of the living area. • Faulty Stove: The stove frequently beeped due to a lack of gas, making cooking frustrating and disrupting the kitchen experience. • Used Dishwashing Sponge: The dishwashing sponge wasn’t brand new, which felt unhygienic. A fresh sponge should be provided for each new guest to ensure a clean start.

I stayed here for one night on a business trip. It was close to the station, making transportation easy. The Wi-Fi was good, and the desk area was comfortable, allowing me to work efficiently. Check-in and check-out were smooth, allowing me to use my time effectively. I would definitely like to use this hotel again on my next business trip.

Very beautiful room and I was able to spend comfortably. I was glad to have a washing machine. There are various restaurants around, and the tomari is close. I recommend going to a remote island! I want to use it again! ! !
