"It's 20 minutes from Kawaguchiko Train Station. The cabins are very nice, and the place is very quiet, away from the noise. You can rent a bicycle and go for a ride to the village and see the beautiful view of Mount Fuji. They have a restaurant in the hotel. I went alone, but it's also perfect if you're accompanied. The man and woman are very kind and nice. They treat you wonderfully. I had to return a day before my departure, but they did me the favor of taking me to the train station—such a kind and beautiful gesture that showcased the human side and culture of Japan. It has a beautiful view of the lake, and there you can organize more tours around the village. Thank you for everything."

"Our family stayed here and it was a wonderful experience. It's a peaceful place, surrounded by nature. We felt right at home, very relaxed. The kitchen, rooms, and bedrooms were clean and lovely. The kids especially loved that they could watch YouTube, the view from the 3rd-floor rooftop, and the bedroom light that played healing music. It would be even better if there was a hairdryer. "We missed the last bus to West Lake at 16:10, so we had to take a taxi there. Everyone should pay attention to this. The location and environment of the hotel are very good. It is a very high-end hotel in West Lake. The English breakfast is very good. , the Western-style dinner at your own expense is also very good. In front of you is the West Lake. Many people are camping on the beach."

"We stayed in the traditional room which we wanted to try. It was a fun experience but not one to do if you have a bad back. The onsen is nice, there were 3 communal onsens and the one cold plunge in the ladies section. All pools were a bit small and could probably hold 6-8 ppl max. The hotel offered free refreshment drinks before 5pm after that there are vending machines in the lobby of the onsen. There's a shuttle every hour to the station in town which is convenient but would be better if they ran every 30mins. Staff are very kind and professional. I asked for towels as larger robes which arrived instantly. The hotel doesn't have anything nearby so be prepared to use bikes, scooters the shuttle or your own car"

"Our trip to Lake Kawaguchiko with Mount Fuji was a fresh and exciting experience! We got to see Mount Fuji and also enjoy a campfire and camping. It's perfect for families, couples too, and the atmosphere was absolutely amazing! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The location isn't super close to Kawaguchiko Station; it's about an 11-minute taxi ride, so it's more suitable for those with their own car. Along the way, you'll see a pretty big daily necessities shopping area worth exploring. At the hotel's entrance, there's a burger joint, a pizza place, and a steak restaurant, all of which are quite good. The hotel has its own shuttle bus 🚌. To get picked up from Kawaguchiko Station to the campsite, you need a Japanese phone number to call and book in advance. There's no shuttle service on weekends. For the return trip to Kawaguchiko, you can book with the front desk beforehand, and they'll drop off both people! We didn't know this and only found out by chance when we met other guests taking the shuttle! An 11-minute ride saved us over a hundred yen in taxi fares, sniff sniff~ PAO is the tent area ⛺, and Villa is the small villa area 🏡. For first-timers, I'd recommend the small villas. The tools and facilities explanations there are more comprehensive and complete, plus they have a private hot tub! For those in the tent area, the restrooms are outside the tent, which is a bit inconvenient. Both areas can use the large public bath in the lobby, which is separated by gender. The email mentioned that outside food is not allowed, and breakfast and dinner require ordering the hotel's set meals to cook yourself. However, the room comes with a bundle of firewood and a portable stove. In the PAO area, you can experience chopping wood, and we were given a glass bottle to remind us to try fetching water from Mount Fuji. There's also an 'Easter egg hunt' activity where you can exchange a certain number of finds for small gifts. This camping spot encourages building a fire for warmth 🔥, but remember to operate it correctly and safely in designated areas. On a clear night, sitting outdoors by the fire with a blanket, gazing at the stars, creates an incredibly atmospheric experience 🌌. Even though it was my first time and I didn't do extensive research, I already think it's unbeatable. Coming here as a family was much more interesting and fun than just seeing the lake, cherry blossoms, and shopping in Kawaguchiko. We had a blast! 🥰🥰🥰"

"The hotel service attitude is very good! Very considerate, reminding us of breakfast time and noticing that some of us hadn't eaten breakfast, so they called to ask if we had eaten. Complete facilities, free parking, table tennis room, children's playground, and hot springs. The room is very comfortable, and the kitchen utensils are all in place! Very cost-effective!"

"I had high expectations for this accommodation, but it exceeded them. The fact that the bathhouse is certified as a spa gave me even more confidence. They offer a BBQ plan, but I was more drawn to the course menu, so I chose the one that included meals, and it was incredibly delicious. However, please note that there is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up to the second floor (the polite owner helps you), and it is difficult to visit without a rental car. If you want to relax in a quiet place, I highly recommend it! +) Regarding a non-refundable duplicate booking, I immediately requested a cancellation on Trip.com. However, despite the accommodation's agreement, Trip.com delayed processing, causing me significant mental stress. Although it was my mistake, I requested a cancellation immediately, explained the situation to the accommodation, and asked for a refund, receiving their consent. Yet, Trip.com only sent a message and email stating that the reservation remained valid because they could not contact the supplier. I contacted Trip.com again and asked them to inquire with the supplier, but this situation repeated itself for over a week. Thankfully, the accommodation eventually issued a refund directly, resolving the issue. (The accommodation also called the Trip.com customer service center, but was told that cancellations cannot be processed solely at the accommodation's request and that the customer must request the cancellation directly.) Since communication was very poor, possibly due to the many intermediaries between the accommodation and Trip.com, please make sure to check carefully whether the booking is non-refundable when making your reservation. ^^"
