"It took about 20 minutes to get to the hotel from the airport (due to traffic). There are many restaurants and 24-hour convenience stores near the hotel. The hotel also offers scooter rentals for 100K IDR per 24 hours. The room was clean and comfortable. A simple complimentary breakfast is provided. Excellent value for money! 👍👍👍"

"I was caught off-guard with the excellent services that the services staff provided. Everyone from the reception counter, bell boy, housekeeping and others are courteous and friendly and approachable. Especially the resturant staffs that I encounter whilst having breakfast there. I failed to recall his name (my fault), while st the counter awaiting fir my favourite food (eggs) he approached me and inform of the different variations of eggs which the chef can prepared to cater for individual tastes bud. He even assisted me with the re-filling of coffee. Wow, and that is a personal touch. There are bad odours or foul smell anywhere. Well done."

"Will come back! Hotel staff are accomodating and helped resolve our concerns during our stay like requesting extra towels, and leaking water from the airconditioner. Breakfast has a wide selection and diverse options everyday. Although cleanliness could be better, as there's a lot of stains on the bath towels, flying insects/mosquitos in the room (but manageable), but this is expected due to the cheap price per night.. Would recommend for those in a budget and accessible to malls, restos and beach clubs."

"This hotel has a very strategic location, making it easy to get around and access everything we needed. The room was very spacious and exceptionally clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. The service was also outstanding, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. "We are staying here for a stay before our yearly medical check up at Siloam Hospital. The location is great but unfortunately the staffs (except the Front Office) were not warm and welcoming, they just see you and pass by you in hotel areas. The room is okay but lots of improvement point. The door wireless lock, the lock inside, the door itself all needs to be upgraded. The bathroom door is so heavy and hard to slide. All the glass windows and mirror are dirty but at least the bed and the pillow are comfortable. One more thing: it’s also wierd to see the hotel’s pool is open for public swimming course. I’m planning to have a quick swim but cancel it because of the public crowd. Is the hotel tends to make it a public pool? Anyway, for a short and quick stay, it’s okay."

"Big hotel but quite far from the beach. Daily cleaning, two bottles of water, tea, and coffee provided. Breakfast is a good buffet. The room is a bit dated, but the mattress is comfortable."

"The hotel is 15 minutes away from the airport. The staff is friendly, but they didn't offer to help with the luggage. The room has air conditioning, a safe, an iron, an ironing board, and a water dispenser. The furniture is outdated. The bedsheet had black stripes. The soundproofing is poor; you can hear noise from the road. It's fine for an overnight stay on a layover, but I wouldn't want to stay longer. There are many tourists from India and China. The pool is right next to the dining tables."
