"We stayed at Hyatt Regency Bali in Sanur for 4 nights, and it was one of the best family holidays we’ve had in Bali. The resort is perfect for families with fantastic facilities, including the kids’ club, gym, spa, beautiful pools, and even beach BBQ dinners. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. What really made our stay special was the incredible staff. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and always willing to help. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommended for families!"

"I will recommend this to everyone I know who wants to visit Bali! Start your day wonderfully with breakfast – the bakery section is so diverse it could be a standalone bakery! The black coffee is delicious, and the noodles are great too. All the staff are smiling and very friendly, and the hotel activities are fun, including aqua aerobics in the pool. It's about a 15-minute walk to the boat pier along the beach, perfect for trips to and from Nusa Penida. The package included an afternoon tea, which was a drinker's paradise, and I even had the best salak fruit here. Being in the Sanur area, it's also very quiet at night. This place is my utopia."

"Excellent hotel. The grounds aren't huge, but they're very well-maintained. There's an infinity pool with ocean views and a lazy river (a huge bonus!). The rooms are spacious and very cozy, with a large balcony. The bathroom has two sinks, a bathtub, and a shower. There's one restaurant, overlooking the pool. Breakfasts are à la carte, interesting, and varied. We particularly enjoyed having dinner at the restaurant. The cleaning is excellent, and the staff are very attentive. The only thing we didn't like was the beach directly in front of and next to the hotel: it was dirty, and you shouldn't go into the water without special shoes (corals). The tides were also very pronounced, making it practically impossible to swim."

"The hotel is set back from the main street, which makes it less crowded. There are shops and restaurants nearby, but they're not particularly outstanding. I really liked the overall vintage theme and the rooms. However, perhaps because the room connects to the bathroom, shower, and pool, there were quite a few mosquitoes. If you get mosquito coils from the hotel in advance, it's fine, but you do have to put up with the smell of them. The pool is 1.3 meters deep, which is great for kids. Breakfast is à la carte and quite substantial. Coffee and other drinks are free-flowing, but it's a pity there's no fruit."

"Our first villa in Bali. It's much better in person than in the photos. There are two supermarkets and a ton of warungs across from the villa. The 25:RM cafe near the villa serves delicious breakfasts at a reasonable price."

"A secluded paradise Very tranquil Large, comfortable, and fully equipped rooms. The food was also delicious. No motivation to go out. Suitable for honeymoons, families with children, or even company team building? Basically, just relax and enjoy the comfort. The hotel staff were incredibly kind, bringing me a breakfast box very early every day because I needed to leave early for diving. There are many steps, which might not be suitable for people with mobility issues or the elderly. Otherwise, it's very comfortable, but the location is rather odd. For me, it was because I was on my way to diving."

"A cozy, small hotel with a pleasant pool area. The rooms need some updating, but are very clean. Breakfasts were good in the restaurant on the ground floor, and we also went there for dinner; the food was delicious and the atmosphere was cozy. The hotel is located near the beach, but it's not suitable for swimming and often has an unpleasant odor. I'd like to especially thank the hotel staff for their friendliness and willingness to help with any questions."

"Nice resort, nice beach, nice hotel. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and service were abysmal. First and foremost, they burn garbage on the beach, so the entire resort smells like burnt garbage/plastic. On the first night the bed was broken, we reported the issue and were shown a second room. Unfortunately a bat flew in the room, and was contained in the washroom which made the room unsanitary. No other rooms were available, we were offered a paid upgrade which we declined. Wrote to Trip and documented the issue via the hotel's WhatsApp. The hotel offered us a complimentary pool view room, but only the next day so we had to sleep in this collapsed bed. The next room we were moved to, the tea cups were not washed and a gum was left in the coffee/tea tray which shows the poor quality in cleanliness. The hotel refused to provide any compensation for the first night. Avoid and spend your money elsewhere."
