I love this little place; it's always clean, nice, and cozy. The guys at the reception are golden people – they'll find anything, fix anything, and do anything! I even left my luggage here when I checked out. Some rooms are a bit dark because the windows face an inner courtyard, but that depends on the price. The bathroom is superb. The location is perfect, just 10 minutes from the beach, and everything you need is nearby. 🙏

Excellent hotel that is well located in Sanur. Beautiful and clean pool full length of the building. Staff were amazing and really friendly. Very clean room with really comfy and large bed, we even had a jacuzzi on the balcony. Probably the best hotel breakfast we have had with many fresh to order options.

The purpose of this stay was my participation as an official pacer at the Sanur Half Marathon. Because of this commitment, I needed to sleep early (around 19:00) and wake up at 01:00 in order to report for pacing duty at 03:00. At approximately 19:30, the air conditioning in my room stopped working completely. I immediately contacted reception and was informed that there was a technical issue requiring a technician. I was told this could take 1–2 hours, with no certainty. This timing was extremely problematic, as proper rest was essential for my race responsibilities. I was informed that no alternative room was available at that time. The only temporary solution offered was a fan, and I was told the AC would be fixed the following morning. I clearly informed the reception that I would be away from 03:00 to approximately 08:00 and requested that the AC be repaired before my return, as I intended to rest again before checkout. When I returned at 08:00, nothing had been fixed. At 09:30, technicians finally arrived, requiring me to leave the room during the repair process. As a result, I was unable to rest at all after completing my pacing duty. An alternative room was offered only at 11:00 — approximately one hour before my scheduled checkout time. At that point, the offer was no longer a meaningful solution, as there was insufficient time to rest. I requested compensation for the significant inconvenience and disruption, but the hotel refused, stating that I did not wait for the technician the night before. This reasoning is unreasonable, as I had clearly communicated my early wake-up time and race obligations. Furthermore, I was not allowed to speak with the manager, as I was informed they were off duty. The hotel failed to: • Provide a functioning essential facility (air conditioning) • Offer a timely alternative room • Complete the repair within a reasonable timeframe • Take responsibility for the inconvenience caused While the hotel is very new in a good location. Consider twice to book in case something goes wrong.

I've stayed at this hotel several times, primarily because of its excellent location and spacious rooms. Crucially for an overseas stay, the water pressure and hot water supply are consistently good, and the WiFi connectivity is reliable. The area surrounding the hotel is bustling with spas, currency exchange services, and numerous restaurants. While not directly beachfront, it's only a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, which is perfect for catching the sunrise. The buffet breakfast features rotating main dishes, ensuring you won't get bored even during a longer stay. My only minor disappointment this time was having to wait until 3 PM for check-in, despite the official check-in time being 2 PM.

Taksu Sanur Hotel is a very pleasant place to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the environment is calm, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing. The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional, making the stay smooth and enjoyable. A great option in Sanur

I stayed with my family in rooms 226 and 228. Our stay was excellent from check-in to check-out. Every request I made was handled promptly and efficiently, and the team was genuinely one of the friendliest groups of employees I’ve ever encountered. Their hospitality truly made the experience special. That said, I believe the rooms could benefit from some upgrades. While nothing was a deal breaker, certain elements felt outdated and in need of refurbishment rather than just cleaning. The toilet bowls appear water-damaged and should be replaced, the shower grouting needs attention, and a bit moldy on the shower taps, the beds make noticeable noises, and the front door doesn’t close properly. These are maintenance issues that, if addressed, would significantly enhance the overall comfort of the stay. Additionally, the alfresco area’s tables and chairs were not cleaned daily, which would be a small but important improvement. Overall, despite these points, I would recommend this hotel 10 out of 10 times and would gladly return. My comments are simply constructive feedback to help elevate what is already a very positive experience.

This Holiday Inn is on the smaller side, but the rooms are modern, clean, and tidy. There's a rooftop pool. The breakfast area is also compact, but thankfully, there's a good variety of options, enough to satisfy most. The location is excellent; a 2-3 minute walk to the main road opens up a plethora of dining choices, including Japanese, Italian, and Chinese restaurants. A famous ice cream shop is also within 200 meters, and surprisingly, there was no queue when we went – a pleasant surprise! There's also a currency exchange within 200 meters with a decent rate of 16,700 IDR to 1 USD, which I found to be better than many other places. I'd also like to clarify something I saw other guests mention: some said the port was very close, which is why I booked here. However, it's not close at all; it's about a 20-minute drive to Sanur Port for Nusa Penida.

Me and my friend have booked this hotel for a one-night stay and so far everything has been excellent. The cleanliness of the room and the entire property is impressive. Fresh, tidy and very well maintained. The service has also been great; the staff are friendly, welcoming and quick to help with anything we needed. The location is one of the hotel’s biggest advantages. It’s just a short walk from Sanur Beach, which makes it super convenient to visit Icon Bali and also very close to the Sanur Harbour, perfect if you’re planning to catch a boat to Nusa Penida. Overall, we are really satisfied with our stay. Comfortable, clean and ideally located, highly recommended for a smooth and hassle-free trip in Sanur!

I recently stayed at the Prama Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience, though there are a few points worth mentioning. The hotel and rooms are definitely showing their age, but everything was clean and well maintained. The location is very convenient, and I especially appreciated the well-equipped gym as well as the beach and pool area, which were real highlights. However, in my opinion, the hotel does not fully meet the standard of a true 5‑star property, even though it is advertised as such on Trip. The beds felt worn out and could really use an upgrade. All in all, it’s a good hotel with solid amenities, but it falls short of genuine 5‑star quality.
